Good morning. I have an electronic lock and I set everything up correctly and it worked great for a while. From a few days ago the door is not locking, I insert the password and it flashes the green light and then the lights flash: GREEN, RED AND BLUE and it does not lock. It only locks when I enter the password and I don't open it, then it hangs, but when I put the password but I don't open it, it doesn't lock. I reiterate that the GREEN, RED and BLUE lights alternate when I touch the lock. Baterias novas! How to solve? Thanks. Rafael.

if you read the instructions it’s easier to understand but i love my lock already
how do i add a passcode i just got it and the instructions didn’t say

Installation was easy.
Seting up the code and fingerprint or Bluetooth connection is pain in the ass.
I would not buy it.
