Great story. Looking forward to more on this machine. I came over from the FB group. I just started some Sears projects on my channel and I’m having a great time meeting folks and learning. Just subbed.

Great story! I love a tractor with a story. Have you put hydraulics on a sears?

I have but its a fully custom build. There really is no reason to put hydraulics on a Sears unless you are trying to lift some heavy homemade attachments. I think the attachment lift systems Sears used was among the best manual lift tractors out there

@@71_sears97 I think I agree. I’ve never used any implements for the sears. I just got into them. I had an SS15 last summer but I sold it. Recently I got an SS14 and 2 Ss12’s with a deck and snowblower. I’m looking forward to using it. I’m going to try to find a plow as well. Be nice to have power angle but that’s not all that important

Usually seems like the roughest tractors run the best. At least for me. I look forward to breathe new life into this one
