When you said at the end about being well one day and the next day being low, I experience that all the time. Lately, I got stomachaches out of nowhere, together with lack of energy and when I fall asleep I go through nightmares. I am almost 100% sure they are spiritual attacks of witchcraft nature.

I've noticed the people in know that r all about the Hebrew roots and Judaism r some of the worse ones Ive encountered and I just keep trying to show them the forgiveness I've been shown and that we r required to have and the love of Jesus/Yeshua. Ive been under attack for a very long time. everywhere i go they are already waiting to exploit my health problems, financial problems ecetera to take me out. I would know cause I’m a manga/anime artist, God is always giving me ideas rooted in his truth! You're right about the spiritual warfare and mental health issues. One psychologist realized this and started applying different treatments and they worked. He was fired. He realized a lot of different things that all of his patience experienced. My own mother went through an experience like this. She was possessed and at that time I thought that she just went crazy. However, she displayed all of the signs of possession and eventually she started attending church every day. With that said, it helped for a while but eventually didn't work.

Start small like skipping a meal. That's what I did when I wanted to start fasting a lot to break certain fears off of me. I'm still going because things don't happen quickly. God wants a long obedience in the same direction. But now I can easily fast for like 18 hours no problem. And I can fast for 3 days if I want to.
Yessir I’ll make sure to say a prayer now ! And definitely start with intermittent fasting ! Baby steps to build endurance! 100% skip breakfast then skip lunch ! All in due time God will give you the strength to keep fasting and break off any unwanted addictions in Jesus almighty name!

I'm a seer and holy spirit speaks to me daily and it's hard cause I also struggle so much with a broken heart over how many i see following Satan and selling their souls to Satan while claiming Christ and a don't want to see any of these people end up in hell.
Start small like skipping a meal. That's what I did when I wanted to start fasting a lot to break certain fears off of me. I'm still going because things don't happen quickly. God wants a long obedience in the same direction. But now I can easily fast for like 18 hours no problem. And I can fast for 3 days if I want to.
Yessir I’ll make sure to say a prayer now ! And definitely start with intermittent fasting ! Baby steps to build endurance! 100% skip breakfast then skip lunch ! All in due time God will give you the strength to keep fasting and break off any unwanted addictions in Jesus almighty name!
And most importantly, it’s for Jesus, it’s always for Jesus at the end of the day. He’s the one who died on the cross and paid for our sins. There’s nothing more cherishable than that. Amen. Amen. Amen.

Funny thing I noticed is the phone doesn’t want to type the word hell~ it tries to make it hello or he’ll~ “they” don’t want people to comprehend that there is a judgment coming and everyone will give an account and there’s only 2 places we can spend eternity = heaven (paradise) or hell.
