We beg for this... The 2018 was absolute garbage, the racing was garbage, the Indy 500 was garbage... absolutely disappointed with the race in all ovals, the cars didn't race close to each other...
Paul Page and Bob Jenkins are class and they are true racing fans. You could feel the excitement and you could tell they cared about this racing series. I miss both of them.
Look at the stands and the finish. My god.
Indycar needs to get back to this sort of atmosphere ASAP
Well Eddie Gossage it's doing a great job promoting the race and those crowds as you see in this race, I think we will see again very soon.
Yeah the ones around the front straightaway Completly Full, the rest around the back part of the course Completely Empty,.,,
NASCAR and Indycar were absolutely amazing in the nineties and early 2000s!
I wish we could go back to those times!
Everything was better back then..

The closest Win by Al Unser Jr. But Jeff Ward did a good job with that amazing finish
49:32 1:00:13 Best music ever.
Followed by an amazing camera shot
The last time the #9 car won before Scott Dixon’s brilliant dominance.
1:41:03 My favorite Paul Page line ever... it's so good that it would be used for the ABC intros in 2003 and 2004.
What was ESPN thinking when they took Paul Page out of the booth for Ken Harris!?
I really hope this years Texas race is much better
I hope with the added to downforce for the 2019 superspeedway kit we get racing as intense as this or like 2017
vintage IRL racing circa like 1997-1999 sure but not the demo derby of 2017

Remember when Texas was good before they changed T1 & 2? Miss those days.
It's even better now
Indycar should upload past Indy 500s like 2003, 2004, 2005
quem narrou o gp do Texas da irl 2002 foi Eusébio Resende do SporTV
Ou seja, foi uma bosta. Só serve pra narrar jogo de tênis o Eusébio Rezende

Man what a finish!
In 2002 TMS had over 181,000 seat capacity with less than 1/2 filled here.
Well Texas is always unpredictable, fast, dangerous and thrilling, I love it.
It's back when ESPN cared about Indycar broadcast at least NBC committed now

Best Indy season ever.

This was Jeff Ward's first and only career win.
