Anybody wondering how this could possibly be 60FPS, they are using 2’s and 3’s. It’s basically where you duplicate frames of an animation so you don’t have to draw as much frames, this is usually for lipsync and human movement. 60FPS is only for panning, explosions, stars, etc.
