- I go to my first Thailand car show in Bangkok. I was so excited to finally go to a run drag car show in Thailand, it was epic! I ran into Chad of CB Media and was stoked to meet him, to say the least. So many cool cars, trucks, jet skis, hot models and nice people at this epic Bangkok car meet. Car shows in Thailand are known to be next level, and I loved my first Bangkok car show. So many cool cars and the Isuzu D-Max trucks at this show were wild. You are 1st youtuber that I watched about car show. If you like car. I suggest Jesada Technik Museum Nakorn Patom province. About one hour west of Bangkok. There are ton of ancient car in the world collected there.

Hi. Do you know where I can find information about when and where the show takes place? I have been living in Bangkok for a short time and I would like to see it in person.
There are many car shows all over Thailand, unfortunately, almost all of them are in Thai language on Facebook. There is one person that always posts all the shows for the following month on the last few days of the current month. His name is JB photographer. Look him up on Facebook as he has a list of all the shows.

@@LifewithSerg don't get too excited for the full moon party though. It is not as nice as back in the day, prices are high and it's very crowded. If you go, make sure to enter the beach from a side street, they won't charge entry fee there ;) otherwise they charge you 200 baht farang fee LOL

Yeah it’s some of the best work I’ve ever seen. I’ve been going to car shows for almost 35 years, and I’m still blown away at the level of craftsmanship here in Thailand.

You’ve been to car shows for 35 years; you must have been an infant when you started. 🙃 I love how their restored that red on silver MB you featured in the beginning; I’d love to have one of those. The lime color Toyota looked like a Porsche to me at first.
CB is also one of my inspirations. Serg, I think your channel will skyrocket like CB’s in due course especially because of your LE experience and 35 years of attending car shows. I’m not as young as I look. I just turned 51. Lol. Yeah I absolutely love cars. CB Media was my main inspiration for moving to Thailand! So when I finally got to meet him at that car show it was a very special moment for me.

CB media said in your video that Thailand got the best car scene in the world that no other country come close, do you agree with that? How is it so great vs USA etc?
The car scene is huge in America, no question about that. It seems the Thais have a larger variety of car shows. Also the level of workmanship in most back alley shops is quite impressive. Is it bette than the US? Hard to say, I would say it is different, in a good way. Car it’s are the same all over the world.

Nice car show! Definitely very different from U.S. car shows - no classic American cars from the 50's, 60's 70's.
There ARE some of those cars floating around Bangkok, but rare. I really love the cat culture here. So diverse.
Last week, there was an American car meeting event in Thailand. Available from 60'-90' cars, both original american classic - hot rod😁😁

But the event held in December at the Chang Buriram stadium is a classic car race and classic car meeting. You can follow the news at Classic revival festival. then you can go to American car Thailand group, you may get a lot of news. The group includes the sale of American classic cars, car shows and many American car modifications.

@Wayne Anthony Holmes I am Thai and I am often annoyed everytime PHs boast about their country on Thailand expense. But there is truth in the dude’s boast. Filipinos love foreign vloggers and they gain more tons of viewers and subscribers.
Each country has lots to offer. While I park. To visit the Philippines it won’t be to get views. I just want to go and see that country.

Looks like an enjoyable time but I fell out of love with CB media when Chad intentionally destroyed a perfectly good motorbike when the average Thai would have been very happy to have it at a time when the pandemic hit the economy very hard. Doing that for some views was hitting low.
He actually did not do it to get views. He had a very big audience in the travel sector, which is not what he wanted. Chad wanted wanted an automotive audience. I know this because he and I talked about this when we met. I understand your frustration with him burning the bike, but it was actually a very clever move on his part to change to an audience that would best fit his automotive content. He’s a very nice guy in person.

No no. I won’t be blowing up any motorcycles. Chad did that because he wanted to change his audience. It might seem like a drastic thing to do, but he really wanted a different audience so I understand what he was trying to accomplish.
