Best thing about goal keepers is how much we all support each other doesn't matter if your 5th choice or first every keeper encourages each other it's amazing! You dont get that in other positions!

even the keepers of opposing teams, sometimes I have no respect for another team due to their attitude or roughness to my team. And yet I still respect the keeper and make sure to tell him he did a great job.

I like doing this by talking to my back four or shouting man on, etc Stay active in the game don’t let your head drift off. Sometimes you can stay lock in but the first shot you get is a absolute banger and that’s okay but you guys have to be ready for everything and this is why you have to stay mentally focused on the task at hand.

I'm 1.82m. I think it's difficult with height, because you've had incredible Keepers who are under 6 foot (Casillas, Barthez) and those who are huge like Courtois. I think the most important thing is you technical and athletic ability, those are the areas you can work on and improve, not height.

I dont think that there is an ideal height for goalkeepers, you have to make use of the tools that you are given. and be the best goalkeeper you can possibly be, regardless of your height. The focus should be on the skills/technique/physical capabiltiies that goalkeeper have in my opinion!
It's a technique that they were teaching in Spain whilst I was there, focusing on protecting the ball when you hit the floor, so that it doesnt bounce out! But each keeper will always have slightly different techniques which suit them

It mainly comes from repeptition and practice! That's the best way to learn how to dive safely!
