Love this Jan! The boo boo is not even noticeable. Who ever you give it too will not know the difference. You are amazing! Thank you for sharing your talent and card designs with us! xx
Jan, ALL your cards & 3D Makes are ALWAYS Beau-ti-ful! You need to stop being so hard on yourself! You showed us yourself that the background trees could STILL be seen a LITTLE bit even when you lined them up perfectly. The middle tree looks just fine. I'd absolutely LOVE to get that card. It would be one I'd treasure forever. Anything you make is heirloom quality - mantle toppers!
This is a beautiful card design. I actually love them both equally. I look forward to seeing more of your crafty creations. Thank you for sharing all the details.
Hi Jan... did you no hear us shouting turn it aroon... thank goodness it's not only me that does it... Thanks for sharing... I think I will try this design... Thanks for sharing... xx Louisa...
Hello Jan I know you made this card a long time ago ,I have only just made it for the first time but since I really liked yours so much thought I would give it a go, Thank you for sharing Hope you have a really wonderful Christmas and you are now doing well. xx
It's July 2020 in Ontario, Canada & it's 30°C. I was gardening & got so hot I came down to my air conditioned basement to cool off & have a cold drink & watch a couple videos. I watched your Christmas card videos using the star dies (amazing) & then I watched this one with the Christmas trees. BTW I am very fond of the green version. I don't want to make Christmas cards in July but I thought I should have an idea of what I want to do so I can order the product & have it on hand for when I will need to start. There are some lovely things in the 2020 mini holiday catalogue which I may get as well as what you used in these cards. You have some different layouts that I really like. Thsnks for sharing.
Beautiful card Jan, i prefer the green also. I always look forward to your new video every Sunday morning. I usually watch while having my Sunday morning coffee before starting my weekly chores. Also your pictures of your trip to Hong Kong were wonderful. Thank you for sharing, i enjoy following you. Have a wonderful week.
it is amazing and muchly appreciated that you give directions in inches and centimetres...love your cards so simple and elegant!! sending hugs from Canada.
Another beautiful design, Jan! Thank you for being so thorough and for posting measurements. (I never tire of seeing your pretty sweaters and tops, even though it's only the sleeves.)
@@lynnhildebrand4896 If you look down in the section titled SHOW MORE you will see that Jan always provides measurements using Imperial rather than metric. They are perfect for our popular A2 size cards. (What we use in the USA is called Imperial. There are only three countries in the world that do not use metric and we're one of them! )
Welcome back, Jan. I'm glad you had a good time. The cards are beautiful. I prefer the green card, too. Of course, I'm partial as green is my favorite color.
Ilove this card, especially with out the acetate. I especially like how you finished the trees on the inside of the card. I do that as well.Makes it look so professional. You are so talented. Thanks for the measurements.
I always LOVE your projects! And, most of the time when you ask which we like, I end up choosing the one you like. This time I preferred the red sentiment...and I was screaming at you, as probably the rest of your followers were, I am sure, that you were doing it on the wrong side again!...thanks for the wonderful projects you find for us, and the mostly clear instructions! Congratulations on your newly wedded state!
Congratulations on your nuptials! I love your rings! I really enjoyed the video! My daughter has gluten issues also, and she has the same issue when she travels. She had less problems getting gluten free food the year she lived in India, than anywhere else she has traveled.
Many thanks, Robyn. Yes, there is a new Stampin' Up! Trimmer on its way. Demonstrators can pre-order during October, but no date has been given when it will be available for customers. I had the opportunity to play with the prototype when we were on the Greek Islands Incentive Trip in July. I can't wait to get my hands on it! Features I like: it cuts up to 17 inches, which is the approx width of our Grid Paper; it's an oblong shape with a larger base and straight sides; it has inches on the down bar; the scorer has a piece of "metal" around the actual "scorer blade" so it gives a much better scoreline. At £23 - the old one was £28 - it's amazing value! And no, there won't be any more blades for the previous trimmer. xx
Many thanks, Lynn. I did something similar recently with a butterfly and acetate. But on that card, it was the acetate holding the two pieces of card together. xx
Hi Jan, I am a very keen follower of yours from Australia. I love this Christmas tree card but do not have the tree stamp and want to substitute it for one I may have. Could you please tell me how high the tree is? Many thanks Narelle Lewis.
I so enjoyed your class and love this card in either color..prefer the red though :)...It just goes to show we are not infallable ..We all can make mistakes..(and fix them ),,,So I had a little chuckle :) Thank you so much...
Hi Jan i love this card could i ask for the measurements of the tree? I dont have that stamp but id like to see if i have something similar in size that might work thanks Jan xo
Lovely card... but I was wondering why - with the back of the middle tree - you didn't choose to put the dimensionals on the back of the tree which is already mounted ON the card - and just the glue on the top and bottom of the white piece?? I like to choose the "easiest option" ;-) - but otherwise, just great - and I like your video. Also gave me the opportunity of checking out what Stampin Up is... as a Dane I didn't know.
of course, my "idea" only works if you wanted the three white trees on the back to "lay flat"... which I what I will do, when I try out a similar card ;-)
If I were to show my husband this video ..he would finally know, that I am not the only one who "puts glue on the wrong side"...haha, but you are luckier than me - I usually turn the whole card base in the wrong direction :-D
Many thanks, Sally. I really wish Stampin' Up! were registered to do business in Scandinavia. I hear from a lot of crafters in your part of the world. I did put Dimensionals on the back of the middle (raised) card, and then glues the top and bottom. When I get a bit more time I'll check my video to see where I've created the confusion. xx
Fab video...love it your very particular but just to say, trees are not straight or grow in a straight line so please dont worry too much about exact measurements..the more uneven the more natural. Look forward to seeing more videos! X
Oh Jan, that was painful to watch. I was willing you to realise before you stuck the dimensionals on. Regardless of that, it is a beautiful card in both red and green. Well done! Xxx
Beautiful cards Jan! Your videos always make me want to buy the products you’re demonstrating. Wish you lived in the states so I could join you for creative sessions.
Hi, de Verte Pappier. Stampin' Up! don't sell We R Memory Keepers products although at one time we did sell the Envelope Punch Board and a couple of others. xx
Thank you for sharing all your tips and tricks. Love this card.
Many thanks for your lovely comments, Sophie. xx

Many thanks, Linda. I keep looking at my card and I'm sure you're right! xx

Another beautiful design, Jan! Thank you for being so thorough and for posting measurements. (I never tire of seeing your pretty sweaters and tops, even though it's only the sleeves.)
Many thanks, Melanie. It's funny but I always ask myself what the sleeves will look like in a video before I buy anything! LOL! xxx
beautiful card! If you could also use inches from those of us in the USA.

lovely Jan love the green one , is it true that stamping up trimmer is changing and knowing more blades for the old ones , thank s
Many thanks, Robyn. Yes, there is a new Stampin' Up! Trimmer on its way. Demonstrators can pre-order during October, but no date has been given when it will be available for customers. Another lovely card. Pity I live at the bottom of the world in New Zealand. All the neat things come from other countries.
Many thanks, Patricia. xx
beautiful card. Didn't you do one with the acetate window on this same card
Many thanks, Lynn. I did something similar recently with a butterfly and acetate. But on that card, it was the acetate holding the two pieces of card together. xx
I love this card! I need to make this for Christmas! Off to buy the stamp and die sets! 🤗
Many thanks, Teri. xx
Beautiful cards both of them. I'm so pleased that you enjoyed Your honeymoon in Hong Kong. Xxx
Many thanks, Angela. xx
Hi Jan, I am a very keen follower of yours from Australia. I love this Christmas tree card but do not have the tree stamp and want to substitute it for one I may have. Could you please tell me how high the tree is? Many thanks Narelle Lewis.
Hi, Narelle. Yes, the tree is 3.25" tall and 2.5" wide. I hope this helps. xx
Thank you so much 👍♥️

Many thanks, Bridgebug. Absolutely right! I think that's probably the first time I've accepted a boo-boo and not worried about it! xxx
How do you keep your cutting pads so flat!?! Thanks! By the way, your honeymoon sounded amazing!!
Many thanks, Marion. I don't know why my plates stay flat. I certainly don't do anything special. xx
Hi Jan i love this card could i ask for the measurements of the tree? I dont have that stamp but id like to see if i have something similar in size that might work thanks Jan xo
Many thanks, Lindsey. The tree is 3.25" tall and 2.5" wide. I hope this helps. xx
Lovely card. You could wait to put the inside of the card on until after you glued the trees on if worried about glue
Many thanks, Mary. That's certainly a thought! xx

I like the red card. Thanks for sharing.

I cut with the die first. Then I use the outline in the stamparatus to hold the cut out. Finally I stamp. Borders on trees are then perfect
Hi, Debbie. I've heard about this method before, but haven't tried it - maybe I should. TFS. xx
Fab video...love it your very particular but just to say, trees are not straight or grow in a straight line so please dont worry too much about exact measurements..the more uneven the more natural. Look forward to seeing more videos! X

Looking forward to seeing more of your efforts x
Lovely. To bad you couldn't hear me say "no no" when you were putting the demenionals on the wrong side.
Many thanks, Joan. If only!! LOL! xx
I like this card a lot. Nice not to have to use acetate. Thank you, Jan! (I'm a red gal, though) ;)
Many thanks, Kiavonne. It's definitely easier without acetate! xx
Oh Jan, that was painful to watch. I was willing you to realise before you stuck the dimensionals on. Regardless of that, it is a beautiful card in both red and green. Well done! Xxx
Both cards are beautiful and yes I could see you making the mistake and willing you not to thank you for showing us both cards x
Many thanks, Julie. It made me cringe when I watched the replay! LOL! xx
