It is a great lesson Bob! I am currently trying to improve my listening and speaking. I understand 95% of your speach, i guess it is because you are speaking super clear and relatively slow. But when i watching movies in english it is very hard to understand it without english subs. Also i practice speaking to myself when no-one is around
