This is the type of film narrative I hate the most. Everytime when there's something interesting is about to happen, they purposely switch to other boring non action scene. By the 10th time they did this, I already lost my interest to follow up the story.

The 'psyche' part of shows are sometimes so confusing, unless established that they're visions or reflections of the character onscreen lol often in horror movies/shows; I get confused in random scenes because the content doesn't really point out things clearly. There's another movie that I'm trying to remember that I've seen recently. Same thing where the Mc or side character has this vision of whatever... Didn't add to the story plot or character's development, just almost a red herring type of moment. It was also a horror movie too. I think it had to do with summoning a demon or something along those lines. Kinda recent movie, in the last few years I think.
