James, Try this light the cars with LEDs (possibly utilizing the conduction in the track). Run the spiral in reverse exiting below. With the lights out in the room it could create a cool simulation of a black hole consuming the stars.
Hello, I have a special request please: does anyone have the mail address of Mr James Risner, the person who built this m-blowing H/O Scale Model Train Spiral! please? We would like to have his train in Paris France for a while. Best regards!
To : JAMES RISNER, I'm new to RUclips , I liked your spiral trains again & I think your the best and nothing but the best that's out there James RISNER, keep up the good work............♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
Seriously, you need to get a New York Art gallery to represent you. Send a video of these to Arne Glimcher at the Pace Gallery on 57th Street see if they bite. I could see these at Moma.
That wouldn't have worked; the sheer amount of weight of the cars would mean a derailment somewhere in the spiral. By having the engines spread out, a majority of them are both pushing AND pulling, which means even power displacement.
This is not just a train set, it actually is a piece of modern art, which for me, at least, really captivates.
very good
I'd like to see your off-screen storage tracks.

Super cool! :)
Can you include a cat?
How do you calculate where to put the helpers?
What engines, cars, and control are you using?
could you publish a track plan ?
James, what is your minimum radius for the inter first spiral?
15”
I think he is using Botchmann locos
Tommy Wizard Yes GP18's
Can you do the same thing but with all 8 locomotives at the front

Also known as DPU’s. This is straight DC power. Very low voltage. The amp draw is high. Close to 4.5 amps.
Controller used is a MRC with built in fan.
Dang it got caught again watching this video, just stop it , just stop it I’m still dizzy from the first one
WoW....this is easily a 7000$ consist....
