Whoever read that autopsy report can understand that he was beyond average healthy for his age. Chronic drug abuse affects vital organs which according to the autopsy weren’t. In the Katherine Jackson v AEG Live trial, a lot more depositions were taken from doctors who treated MJ throughout the years. MJ had been given Demorol and other painkillers since his accident from the Pepsi commercial and had been given Propofol as an an aesthetic during surgical procedures since the early 90s. By the Dangerous tour, MJ was deeply addicted to Demorol. There was also one sketchy “dr” who called himself a “rock doc” who said he gave MJ propofol over 120 times over several years during 1994-2001. It looks like some drs took advantage of MJ and over medicated him and became his drug pushers. Others were trying to help him manage his pain and insomnia but they didn’t know he was dr shopping for pills and propofol when he had become addicted. i read some of the medical literature on propofol and since MJ’s death, it is coming out that propofol can become addictive and those who can get a hold of it like drs and nurses have abused it and have become addicted and have died from it.
Yes in the last weeks MJ was visiting Dr Klein for cosmetic procedures (Botox etc) but the records state he was also given other drugs not necessary for such procedures. These were before he'd go to rehearsals. Of course, then he couldn't sleep as he turned up late for rehearsals, drugged and full of adrenaline he'd have to try and get sleep, to do it all again the next day, in the bad physical shape he was in. It was a recipe for disaster and nobody put their foot down and stopped it.

Heartbreaking to see Katherine talk so lovingly about the son she lost. And she doesn't just blindly defend Michael. She doesn't call him perfect. She just says it plain, this is who Michael really was. And this is who Dr Murray really was. Michael's last thoughts were about love and Dr Murrays only thoughts were about recording those last words. We all know Michael should still be here and only Dr Murray is responsible for that not being the case.
She cared so much for him. She also didn't probably know everything but Michael always confided in her. He always had trouble sleeping

I had insomnia. After trying different pills, I went to Walgreens to find what sleep aids they stocked and found a sleep tea and it worked. One cup at bedtime and I was sleep in 15 minutes or less.
