Am crying watching the first 5 minutes of this movie. So much memory and nostalgia. Saw this movie first time in 1993. Found myself quoting the lines before it was voices. Thanks for the upload.

A friend and fellow martial artist just hapened across this film by accident-I'm in it! I'm Tyler, the detective who gets killed by the gang-my family name is a big hint. I did several films with Alexander and Eugene. This one was not distributed in Taiwan. For years I thought it was lost to history. What a surprise, I'm really glad so many people enjoyed it. I thought I could have done a better acting job but, frankly it was not an easy shoot, there were personality issues.
You were great! As were Lou and Eugene. Do you still have contact with any of the 2?
@@loempiavreter Thanks very much for your comment! no, sadly we lost touch. I moved back to the U.S. from Taiwan, and now I have been living in Japan for over 20 years. I am still doing martial arts and still doing movies, my friends and I will premiere our third independent film next month. It's very different from the martial arts genre but a really fun project. Thanks again!
@@skipclone1 That sounds interesting, what is the title of said project? So a Japanese production?
@@loempiavreter Well the title is Spoiled Identity. It's our production. The dialogue is mostly English with some Japanese. I don't know what will happen after the premiere. I have suggested that it should be submitted to film festivals, but it's not up to me. I thought our second film was really good but, we can't release it due to legal issues, really sad. As I mentioned, it's way different from the martial arts genre, maybe opposite. If you would like to see my own project, this is going back about nine years-go to youtube and search the title 'Counterfuge'.
This was my favorite ninja movie for a long time. I remember renting it from a video store and then loving it so much that I'd rent it again.

This was a pretty martial arts movie back in the late 80'S. 2009 "Ninja Assassins" and Scott Adkins "Ninja 1 & 2" were also pretty good too. Alexander Lou's movies were okay. I did also love it too.

This was awesome! The White Eagle kicking ass and the story is surprisingly tragic. I was shocked as to how far it went sometimes, fantastic!

Most enjoyable movie I've seen today and I was pissed on the gangs for killing family, an innocent girl and a pregnant woman. That's why Alexander Lo did the right thing leaving the clan to move on & take revenge! Much-appreciated @Wu Tang Collection 👍🏿👌🏿☯️🥋🙏🏿
