Didn't go through all the comments but the reason FB won't let you create a username yet is because you need 25 followers first. Hope this helps.

This is the best video covering this topic I've come across. I work for a real estate company and send it to all of our agents to walk them through creating a page.

- minute 1:59 looking for the “create button”? It is now a group of 9 dots in the top right corner near your profile photo icon.
-minute 8:35 “inbox” is now located inside the Meta Business Suite drop down.

My daughter has had a history of not being honest about where she is or who she is with. This program has helped to resolve some of those issues and build our trust in her again. My specific favorite feature is that we can see, her location and GPS points and we are able to compare that to the texts she is sending us and other people. I thought a video would be good to find out this information, but the information pieces are covered at breakneck speed-- to quickly for me to grasp even what you are talking about is called. Maybe putting in some "header pages" in between would help people like me (I'm just an average person with no learning accessibility needs) to have time to know what they are taking in before you jump to something else. Thank you for your effort though. I may return to this video once I know the names of the components and their purpose.

I already have a business page on FB for my fitness business but I have been neglecting it somewhat as my business is just a sideline to my main job. Can you some how add custom url for "book now" ? I only get two options "facebook cal" / "connect to booking tool". I want to send them to a custom booking page (url) where I collect some data prior to schedule an service appointment
