Could not believe that so many varieties of egg pan cakes in Taichung. I only eat the thin crunchy type with 2 eggs, cheese and bacon is my favorite! Would like to take the thick traditional one someday. Your first sponsored video is also by the breakfast lady owner. 😂

第一個蛋餅應該是復古的粉漿蛋餅。在蛋餅開始出現的1970年代，當時還沒有食品工廠開始大量供應蛋餅皮。一般早餐店沒有太多時間自己弄麵糰來做蛋餅皮，就會用比較簡單的粉漿蛋餅。只要改變配方(地瓜粉的比例)，就能將蛋餅皮做出各種不一樣的口感。
