Yes, with those short legs and flat face, I thought "Munchkin". I once had a Munchie years ago and she was the funniest, sweetest girl.. They are prone to internal abnormalities too. like mine only had one kidney. This little girl is beautiful.
Fifteen might be affected by dwarfism somewhat. But fortunately without many health problems associated with that condition. Bless you both.

It does not matter if owner is poor or rich. Owner should be willing to pay the huge vet bill when pet is sick. If owner is not will to pay, this owner should not have pet in the first place.

She is a Munchkin and they all are short staured and quite expensive here in the US. Her pulling your hair is actually grooming you as she would her cat mom. You have a wonderful baby there.
