Is there any chance we can get a tutorial on the first part of the video? How to do a fluid simulation with different vent openings etc..? (PS: If anyone else reading this would have any documentation to that effect, that would be greatly appreciated)
Awesome video!!!! Thank you. Once you start laying meat on there it's going to cook different. Also the Texas sun pointing at the stack can make a noticeable difference on draw. There are so many factors as to how a smoker cooks. I've gone as far as making a flour and water dough brisket for tuning my smoker. Also, with the vents below the grate for the fire, I would be concerned about it blowing too much ash up on windy days. I would have liked to seen how it ran with the door open opposed to the damper.
I do think this banding machine design is great.the banding paper put way is not good.if the product shapes not irregular,it is not easy put into the machine.
