You have to expose them to uv light to charge them up so either let the sun hit them or go over them with a uv light if you really wan them to shine!
You need it to 'charge' in the light then it'll glow in the dark
Is there a way of stoping the glow in the dark
The bottom sole and lace are glowing parts if wanted less change laces!!
