can someone please help me one of my sims had baby age up to infant and it aged up in a black and glowing green baby diaper instead of clothes. It was glowing and like on and off flashing green lines. I only have get together and ranch expansion packs. The dad changed her to pajamas and I never saw the odd diaper again. don't know what it means.. I was doing video for my channel when it happened so it is on my playlist and I am hoping someone can explain what it means. I haven't seen this odd diaper in any video I have watched. i did a short shows them ruclips.net/user/shortsirfk-g4ggKQ also her eyes are a pretty violet purple color like a light purple. i dont understand. the parents are sims i created. just normal sims.
I think the babies are just green sims 😂 Their bassinet are normal, they don't sound like aliens and they are dressed like human baby sims too. I think to get an alien sim you'd need the half aliens to have a baby with a full alien sim

Yeah my experience with human and alien couples is they always have human babies but the babies will inherit the alien's skin tone, but it may be that unnatural skin tones are genetically stronger. I have a sim who has a child, two grandchildren, two great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren with Vlad and only one of the great grandchildren and his child have different skin tones than Vlad.
I'm gonna try that with my half aliens. I've only ever gotten human Sims from ones who were impregnated by humans.
I wonder if it matters who the impregnator is, in any situation combination 🤔
Technically they are ‘half’ alien but all you get from the alien half is skin color and none of the cool alien stuff of pure aliens.
Getting your sim abducted won't matter if you're male or female. You just get an alien baby. From a female alien.
Babies often inherit the skin tone but can be human, you'd have to check in CAS - it happened often when I did occult baby challenge.
The babies are all human, they're just green, the alien babies are born with a different outfit, an alien outfit like the outfit she's wearing for pajamas.
When a Human and Alien have a baby they will always be a Hybrid.
If you go into your MCCC settings on a computer, you can check the EA default percentage for offspring when it comes to each Occult and having babies. In this instance, a Human having a baby with an Alien is always 100% a Hybrid, Alien is 0%.
So they can sort of have a human baby, but genetically they are a Hybrid and will have a few Alien powers. I believe even if your Hybrid has a baby with a Human they will still 100% be a Hybrid but the Alien skin tone may eventually get washed out.
I once had an alien sim have a baby with a human who was fully alien - all her siblings were hybrids, but not her!
They may be half alien. When you age them up to teenagers, you will know if they are half alien instead of human because they will be able to perform a "secret handshake" with another alien.
You are actually missing out on the most fun parts of alien genetics that happens in the generations after the alien sim.
As far as i know, all sims with an alien ancestor retain half alien traits (usually seen in their "secret handshake" interaction). This is even kept if the half alien later becomes a werewolf. The cool thing is that if 2 sims with an alien grandparent have kids, there is a chance of them birthing a full alien child. Even more interesting is that if the parents have human skin tones, the alien child can ALSO have human skin tones, even in their non disguised form.
So yeah half alien genetics is actually pretty cool, its just you can't find that out unless playing a generational game.
I can testify to this. On my generation 12, (1st gen was an alien and human couple), one of the descendants had human skin, alien eyes, hair and was a vampire because his mother is one. The bloodline is a mixture of human/alien/vampire
I had a hybrid baby one time. I had a full human mom and full alien dad from sixam not made by me. The baby came out blue and with human hair and clothes. Would have been interested to see the babies aged up to see what they ultimately would have been. Love your vids!

Yeah, I think the babies are human. I know @kelseydangerous did the Not So Berry challenge. Her Mint Gen was abducted by aliens, so her Rose Gen baby was an Alien. She grew up and had the Yellow Gen baby that had her Mom's alien skin color, but was totally human. She had no special Alien abilities at all.
Alien and human sims normally have either half alien children or full alien children, though the possibility of it being fully human is a rare possibility
All of the babies are human! They just have the looks of their mom
Never have an alien have an alien baby with a human, always a human with a silly skintone that sticks in the family for the next three gens at least hahahhaha
I wish that if you had triplets in the sims 4, one occult would be human, the other an alien and the third either one of the 2 occults, but have both abilities or be both type of occults or some shit
I had vampire-mermaid triplets, and two were mermaids, one was a vampire.
if you use mods, i believe there are a handful to let you have functioning hybrid occults. I think there is even a way to do it without mods, but I've never done it so I have 0 recollection of how
I had werewolf/witch twins, one is very clearly a werewolf cause it barks/howls like its daddy but I can't tell if the other is witch or human, or if it's even possible for one to be human when both parents are non-human. Sims genetics are extremely confusing to me lmao
This made me laugh so hard. I think having alien in the family is fun. I only wish some of the special powers carried through. I've only had that happen once.
I thought that was the norm, I often play with aliens and the kids get the emotion regulation thing that aliens have frequently as a social interaction

The babies are all human, lol. This always happens to me. I want an alien baby, and all I get is a human with alien skin tone. 😂 I believe both parents have to be alien, or at least half alien, to get a full alien baby. And if any of the babies were aliens, they'd be born in an alien bassinet, would sound like an alien, have an alien onesie on, and most likely have alien eyes. So, yeah... they were all humans with alien tones. 😁

@@WhinyBrit Lol, you're welcome, Karla. Yeah, the alien genes in the game are a bit wonky. Unfortunately I've never gotten a full alien baby when one parent was human. 🤷🏻♀️

I think you have to join the sim to deliver the baby at the hospital to get the unique alien bassinet. However, I think all of those babies were mainly-human-hybrids. Every baby with one alien and one human sim parent I've played with (and seen in various LPs) that came to exist through "woohoo" was just a human sim but with the alien parent's skin tone. The only way I've ever seen an alien baby born is through abduction (though I could be wrong).
actually just because they are green doesnt mean they are alien. Sometimes they end up looking like one parent but have the other parent's occult or lack of it. im pretty sure ive seen green human babies on other channels. you have to check in their description if they are alien or not.

Its hard to tell if a baby is an alien or just green, you should age them up and the plumbob should let you know
I once had an alien have a baby with a mermaid, the alien being the one who got pregnant. It ended up being triplets.

Nah girl, those are just normal sims with momma's skin tone. They'd have weird alien outfits and sounds otherwise
To answer your question yes I have. I had a single human female sim that had babies with all the occults with the exception of the mermaid. My sims tend to have multiple babies without me cheating. With the alien father she had quads of those one was human in the fist set. The second pregnancy with the alien she quintuplets and two were human. With each occult a human child was born. Let me know if you would like the breakdown of each pregnancies. If I remember correctly she had a total of 25 kids.
Human Sims and alien Sims always have hybrid babies. They will have inhuman skin color, but otherwise will be human and possess none of the alien special abilities. The only way to produce true aliens is with an alien mother and father, or else a human male Sim that's abducted and impregnated by Pollination Technician #3. Any other mix will produce hybrids. Fun experiment though.
I love the existential thought of this poor alien mom stuck with five babies. Just because her God decided to experiment a little. Hilarious but also kinda scary.
What if the kids have babies with humans and see if you can breed it out?
I once had a baby with an alien sim (who was almost always in disguise) and the baby came out with human skin but when he became an infant, he had all black alien eyes which then turned human once he became a toddler.
Once I had an spellcaster have a baby with a human.. both of the babies where girls and where human none of them where spellcastors except for the dad..
I think that if you did it as one of the children trying to do it it would work better cuz a 100% alien parent would most likely give you a 50% alien child and then if you get the child to do this challenge it’s more of even odds cuz the alien gene is less
I was disappointed that Sixam wasn't a world where sims could live. It was more of a rabbit hole with nothing to do. Yeah, I can walk around and see a few aliens that disappear as fast as they show up and collect a few trinkets. But, I can't build a home and live there. Quite disappointing, but Maxis never fails to disappoint, so I'm used to it. I did learn my lesson, I wait for big sales before purchasing anything new, and I do lots of research before buying anything from EA Games and Maxis. LOL.
I can tell you right now, my human scientist sim got knocked up by an alien four times and all of the children were aliens
It's because there's such a thing in the game as a half alien. It's not like the other occults. So all the babies with a female alien mother are half alien if they partner with a human sim. I managed to get a human baby with my male sim who got abducted and impregnated. The difference was that he was a spellcaster and sims can't be half spellcaster and half alien. So the baby was fully human.
I already know the answer to this question, because a couple of generations ago in my Sims game I did something like what I think you're gonna be doing in the video. But I'm watching the whole thing anyway!

I play alot of family building and in my experience, spellcasters can have human children who still have the spellcaster genetic trait~
Yeah i did a 100 baby challenge with an alien. The baby's skintone will always be the alien color, if with a human sim. If with another alien with a different skintone, it might be their skintone.
I love playing aliens!:) Unfortunately human sims and alien sims produce hybrids...basically a human sim with an occult skin color. They don't have alien powers. But their alien grandparents will have human grandkids!

I had a full human and a full alien have kids. They had a set of male twins who both came out dark blue but had no other alien features or powers.
Those male twins married a set of full human female twins and had a total of five kids (who were 25% alien).
Of those five kids:
Three came out light blue and otherwise fully human.
One came out with her human mother's skin colour.
One inexplicably came out RED??
I'm kind of interested in seeing how the fourth generation will develop when i continue to interbreed with full humans.

When i began my legacy i had a human and vampire. All 3 kids were born human, but when i tried it again reversing the roles (vampire giving birth instead of human) gave me a vampire. I believe its based on bitth giving parent
I've done the 100 baby challenge with an alien sim. Every union with a human came out hybrid. They inherit the alien skin tone and the ability to do the secret alien handshake, but that's it. They're basically human.

An alien and a human will always have a human baby with alien skin tone. You can only have an alien baby if a male SIM gets impregnated by an alien, or if you have 2 aliens have a baby together. 😊

My male sim only ever had 1 baby that inherited his blue alien skin but wasn't an alien, his 3 sons though were all normal.

Whoever initiates woo hoo or try for baby is gonna have the dominant genes in the Sims 4. So I would almost retested and plays Marcus and if Marcus initiates try for baby with Paula, see if they’d then have a human baby.(or one with his skin tone) I think there was an episode that Kelsey impichismey did with 100 baby challenge that prove this to be true

I started my legacy challenge with an alien and it took I think like three or four generations til I had a regular human baby, I’m guessing it’s probably just random tho 🤷🏽♀️

They’re hybrids! Only full aliens get the basinet and alien baby outfits, and you can’t get a full alien with an alien and a human.
this has happened to me and the babies are usually not aliens but green humans. try aging then up and I bet most probably won't even have powers. I was even able to turn my half alien green sims into other occults

none of them are aliens they're just green, alien babies do get the aliens bassinet and their cries sound different
You’re gonna have to go into CAS and actually find out if they really are. Some babies that have an alien parent but turn out human because of their human parent will have the skin color of their alien parent but be human. The bassinets are normal ones so you can’t determine that they’re an alien without checking in CAS. All those babies are human.

I feel like you need to age them up and see what they are to know for sure. Skintione is not an accurate way to measure if it's an occult or not.

I had my half alien Sim have a science baby with his girlfriend. The baby ended up being green skinned with hair but no powers.
I wonder if this is related, probably not but because Pamela was not pregnant at some point, so the second time. I have the RPO mod and Wicked Whims. I tried to get her pregnant by doing it the normal way and the wicked whims way, but then when I did the fertility test it kept on saying she can’t get pregnant bc she was infertile, when I wanted to cheat it with the RPO mod, it said it was at 33 which doesn’t mean she can’t get pregnant obviously??? And I kept on changing it to a 100% so idk what ever happened there like- I had to keep on cheating it with MCCC to get her pregnant. That’s really annoying
