BootyBuilding Tip from someone who had no booty. 😂 🛋️🙆♀️: Couch Stretch. I got this advice off a petite female fitness coach (she works with us shorties) and she has a video on this. After 2 years of following her advice and attending her free workshops I can say this coach is world class along side Chloe ting. Well her name is APRIL (petite fitness program) and she said that if you are trying build your booty there is a stretch that would help that process and your results immensely. Especially if you start to add weights. She said this stretch targets muscles that are usually tight and keep us from growing our booty if we don’t stretch them. This stretch will keep your quads and hamstrings from taking over. Which they do so whenever we don’t do this stretch and we are targeting our booty in the workout. I did this recently since I was doing a 28 day fitness program and GIRL 😭! My every cm of my booty was sore the next day. I had been working out for a long time before that and never ever felt that. ❤ Also, I kept almost injuring my hamstrings and quads and that’s because the muscles I needed to use were tight and I was unaware. Anyway hope you like this tip❤
