I also have been feeling less motivated lately. Maybe a mix of burnout too. I have a pet and taking him outside and playing while getting fresh air and exercising mindfulness helps a whole lot. Plus working out ❤ I hope you have a great week! I hope to see you again next week 💜❤️

I love that you are always trying new fitness hobbies. I love working out too. I had some injuries in my past that taught me how to appreciate my health and what my body does for me everyday. After all, I always hear that good health is a luxury and a blessing. I also always am told by elders to do everything I want now while our bodies can keep up. So I try to always think of that. I am happy to see you have friends who support you in this ❤ also no food in this spread 😆! 0:58 the food looks so good! 😩 but it really does suck when it doesn’t taste as good as it looks. 🥲 ever since I came across your channel I was inspired to take photos of the food I eat especially when it’s special occasions and it’s always nice to look back on them ❤ I actually started taking pictures of everything and it’s helped with my memory so much I also don’t feel like time is slipping away too fast because of this ❤

I can tell we are on different time zones.
