My hope is all this new infrastructure and housing will truly benefit the neighborhood - and not either: become a gentrified haven for the affluent or be allowed to languish and fall into disrepair like at other Olympic host sites.

i can smell massacre. dumbness pure to spend so much money and do such an event in this time when something is in the air. there will be regrets and crying. ehm
