This music fits perfectly with the final bosses from R-Type Final 1: "After 20 years of waging war against the Bydo empire, I'm finally face to face with the source of this man-made nightmare: The Bydo core itself. Now it's up to me to wake up humanity from this hellish nightmare, even if I have to give up my awakening and keep sleeping forever!" - From Recovered Voice Recorder "That Arrow Head is familiar...its pilot is also familiar...but...why?" - B-1D Bydo System Alpha Pilot (From Recovered Voice Recorder)
I would say... a force or rather a bydo. Quotes about the force: " The glowing orb in the center of every Force Device hides its terrible secret: This core is essentially a flesh sample of the Bydo". "Without an inhibiting restraining device or control rod, the Force Orb has the capability to mature into a full-fledged Bydo. The orange ball is merely its embryonic form." The final boss just looks like the Force Orb, an embryonic creature which might mature into a Bydo. And I think your force is sacrificed to mess the insides while you destroy it from the outside before it goes out of control. These are just my thoughs.

The Ebon Eye returns.
A sacrifice will be needed to destroy it, but it's either that or humanity's doom.
Too bad it goes down very easily.
The final battle.
FINAL BOSS
The Legend R9A Arrowhead
It seems like a remix version of the final boss theme in R-Type Final 1
Oh wow now that I think of it you're right
Confirmed now, it was used again in the homage stage of Final 1 of “Summer Twilight” as the Last Boss theme
Considering the first phase of 7.0 boss was identified as "cocoon"...
What would have hatched if we failed the mission?
Probably the final boss from final 1 whould reborn? The light ball inside kinda looks like it

@@MarcLeoNyu kinda make sense... because the forces of r-fighters is basically anti-bydo weapon(made with bydo samples).
I mean, we just did. The Final Force. That Big Ol Blob
final boss theme?
Theme of the Bydo Core
This does sound like a Metroid Prime track.
Kinda funny this track is almost 6 minutes long but the boss fight is only like 10 seconds long.
You get to enjoy almost the full track in the space battle ending
Only if you fight the ebon eye
@@teddysaurus97 A.k.a. the Obsidian Pupil.
Will you be posting the DLC tracks as well?
