Beautiful: Isabel, the recipe and the instruction. I learned a LOT … I will have to go with a masa harina-water mix but I can see so many possibilities. I love masa so this is right up my alley!! Oh, and the caramel info - I have made dry caramel but I didn’t know about the whys of the glucose and water to make a wet caramel. I love this kind of info and Isabel explained it wonderfully.
