@@RehanMohyuddin listen there is no wrong with respecting elders and i do agree with respecting elders. but as an elder who seen lot in your life you should know that in some cases you can be wrong and someone young then you can be right even if you worked in the same industry for more time than others. I saw many cases when elder think just because they are old they are right and youngsters who didn't see as much as life as them are always wrong one. the reason we respect elders is not because they are old because they are wise and they saw more hardships than youngsters and probably make right decision when faced hardship. again respect everyone not just elders but just because you are older than others doesnt make you are right. sometimes learn to accept that you as elder can make mistake but again i dont think they would because of ego like how can someone younger than me take back to me? only i do the taking .

Just to clear something up in case someone might be wondering; as Muslims we are allowed to abstain from fasting while traveling, during sickness etc. and it's actually recommended to not push your body to its limits if you feel like you wouldn't be able to bear the whole length of fasting. A lot of Muslims while traveling don't fast, so it baffles me how these pilots, with such an important job to do, were fasting that day!

What a load of bull shit. The Prophet Muhammed Pbuh and the Sahabi would go to battle fasting.
Mohammed Salah would fast while playing soccer.
Bachar Houli in Australian rules used to fast while playing professional sport, same with Adam Saad for the Carlton Football Club, stop blaming Fasting because of the incompetence of the Pilot. You can see clearly that He failed a medical exam regarding his Psychological issues how He was a bully, arrogant, control freak, that didn't listen to orders and the list goes on. And ontop of that the report also suggests almost 150 Pakistan pilots have been stood down for holding either a fake Pilot license or have a dubious one, and yet you guys ignore all of that and pick on "fasting".
Even if he didn't fast it wouldn't have made a difference, because he was a known offender even on days he didn't fast, did you even watch the video that clearly stated He had a "track record" of not adhering to SOP's? And that on many occasions He would enter a run way being to high from the run way, so clearly the pilot had a history even when he wasnt fasting not adhereing to standard procedures? So clearly this Pilot was a known offender and had really bad driving habits.
How convenient to blame their fasting, Get out of here.

A lot of traffic and media teams had also gathered. Smoke was visible in the sky from far away. We had absolutely no idea what had happened at that time. Then one of my friends opened live news channel on his mobile phone and found out that it was an unfortunate plane crash, merely 10/20 minutes before us stopping at that colony. @ The hadith about the permissibility of not fasting while traveling can be found in multiple narrations. One of the well-known ones is narrated by Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه):
      Hadith 1:
Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) reported:
“We used to travel with the Prophet (ﷺ), and neither the fasting person criticized the one who was not fasting, nor did the one who was not fasting criticize the fasting one.”
(Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith 1947; Sahih Muslim, Hadith 1118)
      Hadith 2:
Another narration from Aisha (رضي الله عنها):
“Hamza ibn Amr al-Aslami asked the Prophet (ﷺ), ‘O Messenger of Allah, I find myself able to fast while traveling. Should I fast?’ The Prophet (ﷺ) said: ‘It is a concession from Allah, so whoever accepts it, it is good, and whoever prefers to fast, there is no harm in it.’”
      (Sahih Muslim, Hadith 1121)
      Hadith 3:
In another hadith, narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah (رضي الله عنه):
“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was on a journey, and he saw a crowd of people and a man who had been shaded. He (ﷺ) asked, ‘What is this?’ They said, ‘He is fasting.’ He (ﷺ) said, ‘It is not righteousness to fast while traveling.’”
(Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith 1946; Sahih Muslim, Hadith 1115)
From these hadiths, we understand that fasting during travel is not obligatory and is a concession granted by Allah (ﷻ). A traveler has the option to either fast or break the fast, depending on what is easier for them. However, it is emphasized that there is no blame on either choice, and the key principle is to do what is less burdensome.

This is criminal negligence. When international rules says that, one can't fast before flying and reduced sugar level can effect decision making, how can Pak aviation ministry allows this ? Ideology and religion before common sense and regulations is a recipe for disaster.

  • @techbyusman
    @techbyusman 6 месяцев назад +2

In Pakistan, not in just Aviation but in every department, Officers hold much more power and they can override any rules. In this particular accident, the Pilot completely ignored the Warnings from the Ground controller. The ground controller knows If he says something, he could be at risk of losing his job. In other world, this Pilot would be fired from his service immediately and banned from joining any other Airline.

0:58 change Pakistan? nothing can change a country when the local population is more corrupt than the politicians. We oppress people who are weaker than us in society and think nothing of it, even justifying it in our minds. Travel to any village in Pakistan, if there is a strong family living next to a weaker one with less men and power. They'll systematically take over their lands, target their women etc. Same thing happens in all sectors and industries in Pk. *There are good and bad in every country, but 8/10 of us Pakistanis are bad and 2/10 good, this is not a statistic but how I personally feel.* However i think I'm spot on... look at the statistics showed on this video stating that 40 percent of their Pilots have fake licenses. This is actually understated, because if the pilot's family is powerful enough, they'll get *real licences* with enough bribery and no one will dare question them.
It's not just the pilots, all government official jobs have majority of their people that bribed through their exams. Many paying off the examination boards to over turn their failed exam results.
Only Allah can save us now. So I haven't given up on my native country because there is still a God
