Cute, an extraterrestrial "Oneida colony" or a band of pilgrim stock. Eugenically sound story, eh? That's why I like science fiction of the early 20th. It offers many bubbles of abjured excellence exiting realms of oppression and chaos. That, cynically, is human progress.
