We started Disco Elysium on stream. This game is quite different in many ways - but it's glorious! It's a bit slow at times, as it's mostly dialogue, but the voice acting and the conversations are hilarious and definitely worth to stick with.
I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did so far!

If you look in your Journal on the right you'll see political ideologies. The game makes fun of and criticises you and your ideology regardless of what one you pick. That's the benefit of having a game written by multiple people with opposing views.
And yes, not engaging with the politics of the game is actually a political ideology in the world of Disco Elysium you currently have a score of 3 in it, lmao
Loving the playthrough always good to see other people engage with this modern classic!
esprit de corps is something like your supernatural connection with your cop collegues, you can see what is happening with them (like that conversation in you station after you hung up)
"What is wrong with those kids" indeed... or perhaps rather: what kind of life creates kids like these? And what kind of world creates lives like those?
It may sound trite - but it really is all connected... the lives of the people in Martinaise, the history of the world with its socio-political dynamics, your character's personal history, and the very nature of reality in this world.
The more you find out about the people and history of this place, the more the fascinating tragedy of this world and of your character reveal themselves.
42:57 Have you noticed that the dialogue options without the quotation marks are directed at the aspects of your own mind?
You are not saying them out loud.
Not sure.. sometimes it seems like Harry DOES say then out loud, and folks are like "wtf?!" :D But for the most part, it seems to be just thoughts, an inner "dialogue" (doesn't feel like a monologue to me haha)

This game is soo good! I wish people who made it will be given a chance to make more games like this one.

I injured my hand, I am currently playing this game because of it, since I can play it with one hand (mouse only).
My plan is Disco Elysium - Heavy Rain & Beyond Two Souls (both quite short) - then Fallout 1 + 2 .. I hope the hand will be healed after that
