I went to Howard University on a full academic scholarship in Chemical Engineering and all the pretty black girls were dating swaggy player dudes! My physics professor had a son who went to Howard and didn’t have a girlfriend in 4 years and he was an engineering student. His son went to Georgetown Law School and met an Asian girl right away and got married!

This isn’t just in the nfl draft… Look at medical, dental, law, pharmacy school graduations. There is a growing trend of successful black men with other races of women. When I was in medical school three years ago, me and my black male colleagues were constantly sought after by other races of women. They just made themselves presentable and in our spaces.

(I’m handsome, 6 Feet, Physically Fit, well traveled and educated outside of medicine). I was at Howard Medical School in Washington D.C. I was dating East Indian, Caucasian, and Asian girls from G.W., Georgetown, America University, and Catholic University. As a former D1 football player several years ago that never was good enough to go pro the reasons are two-fold. The first being that there are very few BW on these large public and private campuses. The second reason is that WW are raised in an environment that they culturally submit and invest in the men they want. It was nothing for them to buy me things when I didn't have the money to do so or do domestic tasks to show me their worth. It was the first time in my life dealing with the opposite sex that I truly felt respected, supported and appreciated. These are the main reasons IMO that so many brothas on draft day are with WW because they are willing to support him in his journey unconditionally while ABW want to wait at the finish line and expect these brothas to choose them.
I said this to my homie the other day …i played ball to ….there’s only a couple black girls on a PWI campus and maybe you can bag her but often times either shes already taken by another athlete not interested or not attractive …you really don’t have a choice.
Pretty much. I ran track at mizzou late 90's. Outside of practice, training facilities, athletes dining hall and frat events Inwas hardly around any black folks. I can count on 2 hands how many I had in my classes.

I believe desirability is at the core of most women and men place prowess at our core. This is across all races. The BW won't say it, but I believe it makes them feel less desirable than white women when those that look like them, supposed to prefer them, chooses another. To admit it would show vulnerability. I want to know where some of y’all live because I learned near a college town and there are a lot of young black couples everywhere where I live. Theirs also a lot of young professional married couples with small families. There’s only 1% interracial dating here.
