Use one of the new UK & Ireland Characters and find Nessy swimming in a River. Then make sure you jump on him to unlock. You just have to keep looking for him. Just like unlocking Hipster Whale:

You don't need to use a certain group of characters cause I tried with a chicken and it worked
Allie Andover You only see Nessy with the UK & Ireland Characters. With the other characters you see the Hipster Whale - you can't unlock Nessy with a Chicken.
@@042 is right.u cant unlock Nessie with a chicken u can only see hipster whale with random characters i was with the squirrel i saw Nessie i quickly jumped on him and i fall in the water i finally unlocked Nessie
