Congratulations on your collection! I recently bought a 25" Sony console TV, just so I can play the Atari, NES, SNES, N64, Xbox, PS1 and PS2 on classic tube TV. Working on softmodding the Xbox. Again, awesome collection. Being a child of the 80's is an honor.
I don't think i've ever seen you happier (Bar the videos with your family of course) and my mouth just shot open when you were like "These are double deep" and "I have more common games behind here" It's amazing how well kept in shape those games are
Congrats John I could never complete a collection like you. While I enjoy collecting, I am looking only for games that I enjoy and or remember as a kid. That's enough for me and that's the beauty of this hobby. You can pursue it any way you like and whatever fulfills you is reward enough. Congratulations again and keep up the good work.
I'm a little behind on your videos, only having subbed somewhat recently. But this was such a HUGE milestone in your collection!! This is the ULTIMATE system to collect for me personally. It represents that magical time in our lives. It was like a frenzy back then; even more palpable than the impact video games have on our culture nowadays. (Maybe that's the nostalgia talking, but that's how it feels anyway!) So awesome. Really happy for ya!! CONGRATS.
I've been collecting since 2010 when I graduated highschool and got my first job. I only collect certain games for certain systems, and could never dream of having a collection that size never mind a complete set of a single system, but I get to experience that vicariously through you john. Cheers to you and your collection and cheers to it being preserved long after we are gone for all to admire.
Congratulations mate, you must be well pleased after 24 years of collecting for it, that's some achievement after the many hours you must have spent looking for the games, love your videos your enthusiasm is infectious, big Fan from the Uk
Amazing collection. I have some great, classic games for the Super Nintendo, but nothing like this. The pure joy that you so obviously have for completing your collection can't help but make me smile, and evokes that same feeling I get when I'm able to add another precious gem to my own collection. Congrats!!!
Thank you for sharing !. One thing you said that amazed me was that someday you hope to have it go to a museum , which is great !. That shows the passion and dedication you have towards gaming . Just think if people just threw away pieces from the two big wars , kids today might not know what the men and woman did back then for our freedom and with people out there like you nothing will be forgotten . Great deal of respect for you and the crew you are a part of for keeping the games we all love alive !.
John, that is awesome man congrats!! I also got my Super Nintendo in 93 on my 13th birthday. My parents got me the Super Nintendo and star fox. I am currently collecting Super Nintendo, but luckily I picked up aero fighters, and in all places my next door neighbor had it. But thanks again John for the love and determination that you show in this wonderful hobby that retro collecting!!
congrats dude! I checked my games for you after the last vid just in case I had any of the missing, but I'm happy someone else had them! COMPLETE SET, YOU GOT IT!!!
Congratulations on our complete collection, John! I love to watch your uploads because you are always so positive and engaging! Even when you are talking about a topic I may not be as interested in, it's always a pleasure to watch one of your videos because you put a smile on my face! Thanks!
ive just started my small collection of playstation and nintendo 64 PAL titles, i'm not aiming for a full set or anything right now just to build a little tribute to my childhood game systems, your dedication to collecting and preserving games is a great inspiration man
Wow that's so awesome John! Complete retail set is a huge accomplishment with how expensive everything is. Now to collect all the boxes and manuals! ;)
Made up for you John. Some people have fancy intros, lightning and cameras but you MORE than make up for it with being genuinely delighted about games and collecting. Inspirational character in the community. Made up for you.
Congrats John, I really wasn't into Super Nintendo with only 4 games but now as I got older I've come to like the Super Nintendo an are collecting some games I have 6 now over my 4 when I was growing up. Your such inspiration to us gamers.
Congratulations on completing you Super Nintendo collection!! It's my favorite console of all time. I have alotta of childhood memories playing it. I got mine with Zelda for Christmas when I was 7, it was my first game console. I personally think it's the best one Nintendo made and it held up really well with time. I enjoy watching your videos John Hancock and admire your passion as a gamer and collector.
congrats John, I've been rooting for you to finish it up for awhile now, and I with you if it wasn't available in a retail store then you don't need it to complete a set, those would just be bonus games as long as you all the titles that were available in a retail setting then that's a complete set, but again congrats I'm very happy for you I love how excited you were in this video, just shows how much you love the hobby
Watching how enthusiastic you are about getting the set and how grateful you are for the help of your fans is awesome ! Congrats on the completion of your SNES set.
As I was looking through Some SNES classics, I bump into your channel and saw only 2 of you videos (so far) and I have to say that you seem such a nice guy, and like other say your happines is infectious, worht watching your videos and I really admire your collection. I grew up playing NES and SNES and I have fond memories of it, so seeing these collections and the detication reminds me of all those good days. Keep it up and the best of luck with you with further collections.
Congrats John. I find with my collecting that it gets pretty hard keeping up with all the new games coming out while also trying to fill in the backlog of games that have come before. You having 26 complete sets is amazing! hope our kids and their kids get to see your collection one day in a video game museum.
Congrats man on completing your SNES collection! I collect for multiple systems. But I do do it differently, and collect games I like to play. So you could say I am not a completionist, but still a collector and gamer.
that's what I do! I love looking at my collection & just seeing MY perfect collection of games I like to play & games that have been my favorites throughout the years. cheers!
The same here. I don't consider myself a collector, but I could say I'm a game enthusiast. I collect games from franchises I've enjoyed back in the day and that I still enjoy nowadays. Some of them are The Legend of Zelda, Fire Emblem, Advance Wars, Metroid, Metal Gear Solid and a few more.
John is one of few completionists i personally give a pass to as his ultimate goal is clearly a museum. Otherwise it seems very lamely OCD. Spending thousands on pieces of shit is another great example of how far humans have devolved from the evolutionary chain.
That's the way to do it. Get just the games you enjoy. No need to buy a game just for the sake of having it. That makes your game collection very special and special to you. I bet you have a great collection that matters to you. I sold my consoles and games and replaced them with USB Controllers and a PC. I don't have the luxury of collecting the way you do, let alone completionest collecting. Time, Money and Space are just some of the factors I cannot contend with.
Great job! That's true dedication, true fandom. The SNES will always be near and dear to me as well, since it's the system I grew up with. Time for you to collect the Super Famicom! If anyone can do it, it's you!
Congrats John. I always enjoy your videos and have mad respect for your massive collection. I hope one day that I complete a few of my game system collections.
A huge congrats John! The SNES is hands down my favorite system of all time and I one day hope to collect a full set if it's even possible anymore. I've watched you grow your collection and do videos with Metal Jesus Rocks and I'm so happy you've finished the set it must feel amazing!
Good for you, bud! I am happy for you; I can see you're genuinely stoked. Cool stuff. I was collecting Gameboy Advance. SNES was actually my favorite console and then I discovered the GBA a few years ago. It's basically a souped up SNES in your pocket. Nintendo did an excellent job with that handheld and the library is full of SNES-like games that all basically utilize mode 7. Anyhow, good luck in completing your new set!
Amazing dude this is awesome ! You deserve it man, love your Channel! as mentioned before "Your happiness is infectious" Keep it up man your the ONE Collector !!! May God bless you and your family
Congrats John! I only collect the games that I had/or wished I had when I was a kid, but still I understand the work behind finding "that game". This video made me happy! (thumbs up)

John, I first learned of you from Metal Jesus Rocks and saw you were a pretty cool guy with a massive amount of knowledge. I want you to know I, and im sure many others, ery much appreciate what you have done here. I could never do what you have for gaming. The time, the money, the dedication. Thank you for sharing this with the world and saving something so rare. Kudos!
Happy for you! And yes, I would consider that a complete set. There are always quirky things you can find that will keep you from ever truly being done. Much better to just set a specific goal that can be attained!
Don't know why people have disliked this video.Congratulations mate, you can tell how much you love the system and collecting it.This is what I like to see emotion in a collector. it's just not another thing and on to the next one.
Congrats John. HUGE Milestone. I definitely feel your pain. I've been collecting for SNES for the past 20. I'm about 80% of the way there. Finishing this thing is a beast though.... Appreciate the video and the share. Well done!!
Hey Man, Im not super into video games or anything, but your passion for your hobby and the smile you get on your face when you talk about your completed collection is awesome. It sparks me to go out and giver where I need to in my life.
Im getting into collecting again at 31 single dad. And it makes me happy to see how happy john gets about all this. I think its great. Cheers from pictou, nova scotia canada!
Congratulations John, apart from wishing you all the best for your future aspirations - I wish for you a long healthy life so you can enjoy the fruits of your passionate hard work. Cheers mate!
I am not a collector but I love playing Super Nintendo, N64, PS2, Wii, and GameCube games. I have about 55 Wii games, 25, SNES games, 19 N64 games, 13 PS2 Games, and 10 GameCube games. With the SNES some of my favorite games are super expensive so like you said I don't mind getting Repo carts like you mentioned. It is the best way to get the best beat-em-ups like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time. Great video John and thanks for sharing. Keep up the good work man.
Congratulations John! You deserve the happiness after such an accomplishment. You have shared so much knowledge and enthusiasm with your video contributions here and on Metal Jesus's channel. Thank you!

So awesome! I am so jealous but happy for you. SNES is my all time favorite. I have almost 200 games in my collection. King of Dragons and Knights of the Round are at the top of my list. Thanks for the vid.

You're the man John Hancock! Thanks for sharing this awesome video. Congrats on completing your set!
John I have to say you're such a likable guy you make it easy to watch your videos. I can definitely feel your passion. Good vibes to you brother.

So happy for you John. Looking forward to seeing you show more cool stuff you have collected, and just talking about stuff.
Congrats John I could never complete a collection like you. While I enjoy collecting, I am looking only for games that I enjoy and or remember as a kid. when i was in the army in the nineties, i saw the indoor M16 range that used the super NES. it was sort of like a carnival game.
Congratulations on our complete collection, John! I love to watch your uploads because you are always so positive and engaging! Even when you are talking about a topic I may not be as interested in, it's always a pleasure to watch one of your videos because you put a smile on my face! Thanks!
