i really love them! i love that they are vegan and gelatin free and i love that the brand is very transparent about their third party testing. i also know that the b vitamins that they source are not synthetic which is really great to hear. i have tried almost all of their vitamins and i have the liquid multivitamin as well! i would just recommend getting a blood test before starting vitamins if you can because it can show what specifically is low for you and you can get vitamins for just those things, as multivitamins in general may go overboard on vitamins that you don’t need more of 🩷
i threaded the curtains thru strings of lights! then i hung up the lights with tacks LOL about u could also use command hooks. i show more of how i did it in my extreme room transformation from june! and the circle peppermint pillow is from hobby lobby💘 also thank u so much awe 🥰

i read around one book each week and this one was the one i was currently reading! i don’t always read such depressing books but i do sometimes! i moreso meant that i find when i listen to sad music first thing in the morning i really notice a negative shift in my energy/mood for the day rather than when i listen to upbeat music in the morning. i will still watch depressing movies and read depressing books and listen to depressing music sometimes lol this is just one of the ways i try to keep myself in a happier mood on a daily basis
