Did anything change in galway 3.0? I’m dont know if exocad doesn’t like us to use this process and maybe is blocking it so we can’t do this? I have no idea...
Unfortunately, if you ever actually try to mill that base, the CAM will pitch a fit becuase there is a hole in it. You could try to define it in CAM as a Surgical guide or define the strategy by yourself, but either way it will prove to be difficult. The base would PRINT beautifully and this technique is awesome.

Could be little things you are missing. I don't know your workflow.

It's for printing. Milling won't work.
