Hey David. Thanks for the video.
My tesvor x500 pro has suddenly stopped working. It starts goes backwards and stops. Error on weback app is "abnormal collosion switch'. Have tried all the trouble shooting available online like cleaning and tapping senors , cleaning the front wheel but no luck. Tesvor guys won't help me as I bought it from ebay refurbished. If you have any clue to fix it please help me out.

Try resetting the Tesvor back to factory settings. Otherwise as it’s refurbished it may be a faulty sensor/switch
