Where did you get the stand?

The Kaon as shown in the video cost $495. The RHS 4mm option costs $450 and has aspects that are unquestionably stronger. If the centreline of the front bash plate was driven atop a rock, the Kaon would seemingly be resisting the force with a single layer of 4mm material. If a RHS 4mm option was driven atop a rock there would be one layer of 4mm, plus it's bolted (creating friction) to another layer of 4mm, which is welded to a 10mm deep beam, and thus the overall thickness is 18mm. I have received zero reports of damage to the RHS 4mm Pajero front and sump. They are better plates at a lower price. The RHS 5mm option costs $550, 10% more than the Kaon, and is stronger, is 10kg rather than 18kg, wont rust, allows more airflow to the intercooler, etc. The RHS 6.1mm option is at least twice as strong as the 4mm Kaon, it is in a whole different league.

Good work on the intercooler changeover. Hopefully that will help with eliminating the rough idle. Looking forward to the bash plate install as I need to do that too myself.

Oh no, not the recently fixed intercooler! It could be the cause of the rough idle as it messes up the measured air intake volume. It was noticed after Border track trip yer? That rock did a bit of damage but not as much as I expected..

I did wonder how much damage you got. Guess that's why my in-car video was nowhere as exciting as yours

Chadwick seems like nice camping area, but if you look up, no way on earth. if one of those tress drops a branch you are done for. Unfortunately that's how most the sites down by the river are.

The clearing at 17:50 is the bottom of Mackenzie's track, wouldn't be camping there though, those trees above are widow makers . At 16:39 , was that a built rock wall near the large tree on the other side? Mackenzie's track that goes to the right is a loop that runs back into the track you were standing on, not sure why its even there to be honest but it isn't Ah Kow steep to that "camp Site" ,cleared area. I was a sitting having a coffee at the bottom of Razorback and a bloke came running down the track, covered in cuts from falling then back up lower Chadwick, hmm very good then. Ah Kow was the first hike I ever put on camera last year, and only the second hike id ever done when i first took it up in April 23. Done about 1800 kms in there since then with some totally off track. Have to go back down Ah Kow and explore a bit. Its even hard to see the end of that track from the other side where Hogan track ends There is no track along the river apart from the East Walk really, the rest is all river channel walking. Thanks for putting in the work to film it and sharing it.

The weight of the water will deform the fabric and make a pocket that will fill up faster and hold more water next time. Eventually the weight will be too much for that rather cheap looking awning.

Thanks for great sharing. I also have DeWalt table saw + Ryobi router in the shop. I will share your video with my carpenter to copy. only issue is that we have to remove router while using table saw else we can not use fences. Lots of love from Pakistan.
