Bodycam DUI Arrest - Crazy Drunk Woman Lays in Her Own Puddle of Pee

- On September 27, 2023, Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a single vehicle car crash. Once the woman was medically cleared by the fire department, she was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests. Those were quickly ended when the woman couldn't stand without assistance. She was arrested for DUI and was transported to the sheriff's station. While enroute, she became unruly and started kicking the partition that separated her and the deputy. Once at the sheriff's station, she fell to the ground from being too drunk. Somehow she managed to provide 2 adequate breath samples. The result of her breath test was 0.24% BAC. While the deputy was doing paperwork, she managed to urinate all over the floor that she was laying on. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.

There was likely a technical error in the filing. They were refilled and a warrant was issued.

Prosecutors see it on paper; they do not see these videos. Ideally, they would see the videos but there is not enough time to see all of them for all the drunks they prosecute. No city or county has the budget for the time required for that!

That is too funny because I was thinking something very similar. It made me think of when I was potty training my kids many years ago. When they would be going to the bathroom in their underwear when they knew they were supposed to be doing it in the toilet, they would be chattering up a storm and then suddenly go dead silent. That’s exactly what this grown woman did.

@@crystaldenee765 they'd get either haldol or droperidol these days. which isn't fun. I got a small dose of droperidol just once for gallbladder attack nausea (they like to use it off-label for nausea) and I have a lifelong arrhythmia now.

Every judge/prosecutor who let a criminal off & then they commit more crimes.. they should get in trouble. They should make ALL people charged with DUI watch tje body cam footage, in court, in front of the judge! It would cause normal people too much embarrassment and shame to plead not guilty after seeing it. She also had an open container. She could very easily have consumed more on the way home, which already made a bad decision much worse (meaning, she should have never driven home, but maybe presented to others not nearly as drunk as she did in this video). Just depends on what was in that open container and what exactly was consumed/how much.
Alot of those Asian women come to our country with servicemen who married them and they just can't adjust...they are violent and unpredictable...Seen it too many times when I used to live by the naval base in Great Lakes and Pensacola...

1. I truly hope she receives this footage and it’s a true wake up call. She clearly needs some professional help and should endlessly thank the universe she didn’t take an innocent life

Prosecutor initially dropped charges for someone who blew a 0.24 and did all of this? Clearly an Assistant DA just didn't want to do their job with this one, or maybe couldn't stand the thought of having to listen to her in court. I'm guessing the DA looked at this again and hopefully reprimanded or fired the ADA that initially threw this out. Ridiculous.
I often have sympathy for some first-time DUI offenders, but this woman was too drunk to walk, let alone drive. Yes I was shocked the DA originally dropped the charges, then they were re-filed. Makes no sense. And she failed to appear, so now she has a warrant for her arrest. She truly needs jail time before she kills someone, because she obviously will not take accountability for her actions.
That’s actually how NM handles most dui cases, at least first offenses. It’s not because and ADA didn’t want to do their job.
Three times over anyone that much over the limit should spend at least a year in jail. If anyone drunk went around waving a gun they would have jail time, a car can be a lethal weapon and the driver if drunk should have the book thrown at them, I am an advocate of zero alcohol when driving and anything over a certain amount there should be jail time not just probation and two dui a year in jail three two years and so on. I watched one of these where a woman was pulled over and it was her ninth dui.

DRUNKS repulse me , BUT ... she told them she needed to pee. Alcohol is a diuretic, and some women cannot hold their urine due to childbirth, small bladder, or a host of other reasons plusthe forgetting effects of alcohol.
