Hi there! I really appreciate the value you have been providing with your content. Quick question: I have been told that Google Analytics 4 is inferior to universal analytics at this moment in time. Do you feel that this is true? As a young professional trying to decide whether to learn Universal first and then GA4 next year, or whether to just start with GA4, this would be very helpful.
GA4 is still evolving. It’s not an upgrade from Universal Analytics, it’s an entirely new platform. Is it perfect? No. Is Universal Analytics prefect? No. But the big difference with GA4 is you can customize almost everything, from data collection to reporting. Google is placing all of their effort into GA4, so that’s where you should focus your efforts too.
Hi Benjamin. I'm certified with GA3; Would you know if I am able to get some extra time added to this exam due to me now having really bad eyesight? I've contacted Google a while ago, but haven't heard anything from them. Are you able to advise? Thank you very much for your videos and time.
Hi Robbie, I’ve worked independently and directly with Google to help people pass the certification exams and I’ve never heard of them extending the time limit. If you haven’t already, you could try the Skillshop contact page to get in touch with them - support.google.com/skillshop/gethelp And I would also just give it a go. You have 75 minutes to complete 50 questions, and worse case you will need to wait a day to take the exam again. (There are no penalties for taking the exam multiple times.) All the best, Benjamin
Hello benjamin please help im facing a crucial issue as i watched your video did the GOOGLE ANALYTICS 4 exam and passed it but now im unable to claim my certificate as there isn't any option of certificate claiming thus i did very efforts to complete it but now I'm unable to claim my certificate.
