Here in the UK, I usually blend the tomatoes with the seed, but without adding water, then I pack in small quantities and freeze. It saves me time and money. I will try this your method and compare the two. Thanks for sharing ❤
Some tomatoes in the Uk has much water that is why I removed the seeds with water but I don’t do it to all bc sometimes I get good Ones with less water content.
