Banana Oat Muffin without a muffin/cupcake tray

  • We love breakfast time, well most of us do. We want something that is quick nutritious and easy to eat whether at home or on the go. This recipe is really easy to make and if you have kids they will love it, even kids that don't like banana! This muffin is slightly less sweet so great for those who are on healthy diet and for those who have a sweet tooth you can add chocolate/peanut butter spread or icing on top of the muffin.
    Recipe: (Makes around 9 Muffins)
    1/4 cup Coconut oil
    1/2 cup Honey/Golden Syrup
    2 Eggs
    1/4 Cup Milk (for those that have dairy allergy use Almond milk or alternative milk)
    1 to 2 Mashed Bananas depending on size
    2 cups Plain Flour
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2cup Oats
    (you can add Raisins if you wish)
