Get a schedule bro. I have a 2 year old and trying to have a schedule of what to do and when will help out. You cant control when the baby will be hungry, change diaper, etc but trying to have one for what yall can control: Bottles washing, food prep, you and your wife sleep schedule, etc. Make sure your wife getting her nutrients and food as well. Real easy to fall into the "eat whatever is around" or even "forgetting to eat" stage.
