I really enjoyed this video, your new doll is beautiful! I loved seeing all of your doll clothing makes, it was fun. Thanks Laurie
Thank you so much Laurie. It was a fun video to make. I appreciate that I get a chance to share my fun. x
Oh wow! The dress you made for her is just perfect! Absolutely perfect! I love it on her.
Congratulations on your new doll and thanks for the lovely chatty video
Thank you so much. I appreciate the support, as I know long chatty videos are not for everybody.
Gosh! When you put the dress you made onto your new doll, the colour match was breathtaking!! 💙💚💙💚 Really beautiful choice of fabric 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 Your collection of Blythe (and thier 'factory friends') is coming together wonderfully 🎉 Im so looking forward to seeing them displayed together in your new craft room, very exciting for you. You'll never come out of there and the family will be pushing tea and meals in under the door! 😂😂😂
😆 Oh Rowan, that would be amazing! I might have to start a suggestion box at home! 😆 Thank you, I know I shouldn’t blow my own trumpet, but I chose the fabric well! 😆 I can’t wait to have the dolls all displayed again. My factory friends and in the doll house, some on a shelf, four in the wooden bed, and lily in a craft basket. I know that I haven’t shared them much lately, but I do bother with them a lot, just not buying new factory friends at the moment, but I’ve been modifying them.
@@ClaireWhoMakesThings You really are coming across as very knowledgeable now and obviously gaining a lot of experience with modifying techniques 👍🏻 Isn't it the best feeling ever having a hobby that you love so much and get great enjoyment from 🥰🥰🥰
By the way, while you're here, do you mind me asking your thoughts on the crop a dial multipunch circles? I'm starting a new skill!! Google 'vintage boxes or baskets made from greetings cards' 'vintage card box with crochet edges' You'll see what I mean 😊
@@rowanhughes8682 I use a big bite cropadile Rowan, I use it very often for many things.
@@ClaireWhoMakesThings Thanks 👍🏻 they do look a good quality item 🌟 Happy weekend ♥
Your timing is perfect Claire! It's lovely to watch your video while stitching a new Blythe dress 😄❤️🥰
The dress you made is so beautiful and the fabric is absolutely perfect!
Thanks so much for the shout out, I think I've caught up with your videos now 🥳
It's so fitting that your first authentic Blythe was Fighting Milk, such a happy coincidence for your Blythe anniversary 🎉
Float Away Dream is gorgeous and looks absolutely wonderful in your dress 😍❤️🤩
Oooh, the underskirt looks lovely, I might have to copy that idea 😄🤗
It's lovely to see the Blythes together and to see all the gorgeous clothes you made.
Very happy that the algorithm is sending me your videos again 🥰🤗
Thank you so much Millie. I’m so happy with the dress, thank you for the inspiration, I was intending to leave a link to your channel, I will do it after replying to you. I’m so happy that we found each other again. x
@@ClaireWhoMakesThings Me too, it's so relaxing stitching along to your videos ☺️❤️🥰❤️🤗
Love yoour new additions to the crew of lil beauties! her balloon dress is adorable!
Thank you so much Brenda. It’s really very special. It’s a lovely clothing addition.
Omg! She was next on my list! So lovely you picked her too.
Good choice! She is even better in person, I don’t think you will be disappointed! ❤️
@@ClaireWhoMakesThings I really wanted Miss Sally Rice or UFO a gogo but they are too expensive. I think she is a good one to add and kinda looks like them 💜
@@MisspollypocketsI agree.
Float Away Dream and Urban Fairy Ellie were my very first Neo Blythes (I had two fakeys at last year's VBR) - my nieces had gone to Japan last year and brought them back for me. I opened Urban Fairy Ellie first but I opened Float Away Dream second - I love it because my little nieces helped me to unbox them and it's so fun to share this hobby with them. :D
Oh Kim, how lovely! Urban fairy Ellie is a really beautiful doll! I would love someone to bring me a doll from abroad, any sort! 😄That must have been amazing to get Blythe dolls!
@@ClaireWhoMakesThings yes! Especially from my little nieces (4 and 6 yo) and sharing this fun hobby with them. It brings me so much joy. But I do look forward to all your videos and what you are making for your collection- so fun!!
Hi Claire I'm back because I wanted to see what you said about Arledge Timekeeper - LOL - I just received her as an early bday present and trying to decide if I should go ahead and open her or not. I was laughing that you were calling her the AlDRIDGE Timekeeper and I have been too! Hahahaha - it wasn't until you said it's actually "Arledge" that I realized I'd been saying it wrong too! 😀Maybe I'll do as you and open her on Alice day. :)
@@thedollsthewitchandthewardrobe That’s a great idea Kim. I’m really hoping I can get my video out in time. I’ve been working on another before it.
I’m just like you when it comes to my Blythe collection. I have a global look at it and kinda see what is missing 😅
The dress you made looks stunning on her !! Btw mixing and matching stock outfits betweeb Blythe is so fun.
Thank you so much mandy. Do you mind me asking what size beads you use for your beading. Mine came today and they are so small?!
@@ClaireWhoMakesThings not at all Claire ! I normally use 8/0 toho beads (that’s what I’ve used for the mushroom necklace) but if you use 11/0 it’s ok too (it will just be a bit smaller in size). What size have you bought ?
@@mandyminiclub Thank you so much. I bought 11/0 but I think they look smaller than that size.
@@ClaireWhoMakesThings normally 11/0 are 2mm in diameter so it’s pretty small.
