Tears come when she's not getting her way. Guys pay attention true female nature. Water works for sympathy
This is what happens when we encourage feelings over logic
I wonder if she was ever disciplined growing up 🤔
Maybe, which is probably why she's so afraid of getting caught and going to jail.
Prolly not 🤔🤣🤣🤣
@@bastidface or she's afraid of taking responsibility for her actions!
Of course not
Most drunks are lawyers when they’re getting arrested!🤷♂️
Really good ones too 😂
She actually was right though. That's why they didn't search her car and ended up charging her with assault.
@@Oasisman102 No she wasn’t. As soon as they see booze or smell weed or see paraphernalia they have fill search access.
18yr girl with bottle of vodka?? Not good.
Depends on where you’re at and why you’re there 😜
At any age a bottle of vodka and driving are not a good combo
Where I grew up there were very few kids who graduated HS and didn’t know what vodka tastes like.
@@negativeindustrial yep, vodka was relatively strong back then, without fancy flavours nowadays
Vodka = not good. AR-15 = good. American logic.
You never open your car door to the police unless they request you to exit your vehicle.
Shes obviously not a Law student

Nah, she knows the law because she looked it up.
Modern women are in crisis
That's not a woman. That's a barely cooked teenager.
This ain't no woman. This is a brat that is still stuck in her entitled pampered adolescence.
I've seen plenty of men being hard to arrest and annoying. Also this tall toddler [18] is not ALL 'modern women'. If you think that, you should go out and actually meet some. Tik tok isn't a good representation of all women. Grow up.
From being stupid and thinking they are equal.

LOL imagine if police couldn’t arrest people without consent
Kinda where it's headed.
Y'know for quite some time this country not only operated, but flourished without any police at all... But yeah, I realize we're beyond that now.
@@SeventhSonofASeventhSon77 Yeah that's because Americans weren't as criminal and punishments were harsh. Hard labor for most crimes where you could be beat and your food withheld for not obeying. Capital crimes for stuff like stealing a horse. Imagine if we hung car thieves......publicly. Hell in the UK in the 1800s there were over 200 crimes that the death penalty was the punishment. For example, pickpocketing anything over about $60 in todays money, stealing from a rabbit warren, being out at night with a "blackened" face, forgery, wrecking a fish pond, and cutting down trees and many many more were all crimes that got the death penalty in England during the 1800s.
@@notmoose8670 or it could be that people were allowed to defend themselves without repercussion for having defended themselves.
These days if you even act like you might defend yourself the criminal will get away with it and you will be the one having your life ruined. The criminals know this, it is one of the main reasons they're so bold and have multiplied to such large numbers. (And I'm not just talking about street crime, the boardroom counts also, they are the largest criminals among us and nobody ever even looks at them, cops especially, because they don't understand what's going on in the boardroom.)
And guess who will be arresting you for having defended yourself.... A cop... Maybe even the same cop that looks the other way from actual criminal activity because they don't want to put themselves in a dangerous situation and are aware that the DAs will just let the criminal go anyway.
This is why they spend so much time hassling people like the girl in this video. Because it's easy, requires no risk, and appears to justify their salaries.
@@SeventhSonofASeventhSon77 Oh I definitely agree but there are different cops for different crimes and those white collar crimes are boring. People want to see some 18 year old whose parents failed to raise her properly freak out over some simple misdemeanor lol.
All that and she'll get youthful offender and probation.

People really need to know how the law works.. she needs to look up probable cause and study it really hard
If a cop can see evidence of a crime 4th Amendment goes bye-bye.

That's what we said about the previous generation. Boomers on the other hand... Well we were and still are perfect. 👌👍
This has bene happening for 100 years. It’s every generation.
I’m from Missouri. This embarrasses me. We don’t raise our kids to act like this. She must be from a wealthy family in a large city because 95% of Missouri is rural and rural kids would never think of acting so entitled. Edit: Just looked up Crystal Lake, MO. Suburb of St. Louis. Knew it.
Yep I agree. Women should exit the workforce and go back to raising respectable kids again... Unfortunately that's unlikely to happen for a multitude of reasons... Wild inflation being one of them.
DOB 2004 says it all
“I know my rights”
Idiots can sound so cute at times.
Bless her heart
She does have a right to deny search of the car though. It's the fourth amendment.
And The fact that she was clearly not inebriated should, morally speaking, nullify probable cause in searching the vehicle based on the presence of a vodka bottle, because it shouldn't logically then be presumed to be hers... Someone else for example, could have left it there.
@@SeventhSonofASeventhSon77 The empty vodka bottle was plenty of probable cause, plus the cop said she didn’t look very balanced getting out of the car and walking to the bumper
@@dartmart9263a cop saying something doesn't make it true. In fact, often times it's very false because they're just making up excuses to search the car, which is something they need to do because of the 4th amendment.
And my reference to probable cause was a moral one, not a legal one. That is, .. she's clearly not drunk, which means she's being responsible enough to wait until she's not driving, so maybe don't go putting her all the way through hell over it, particularly it being the holiday season.
(And if you watch the video, she doesn't look even a little bit drunk)
@@SeventhSonofASeventhSon77 Most people are not that off the mark when estimating time. That was another red flag
The way she reacted when asked simple questions, and answering in a rush before the question even finish would lead me to believe she was on some upper.
And she was 18(?), with a bottle of vodka? Plenty already to investigate further
@@dartmart9263I would have already refused answering questions by that point, but it's a BS test... She is not required to know exactly what time it is all the time... And it's on the contrary pretty common for people to be that far off in such an estimate, particularly when they're a bit rattled from being pulled over, for probably the first time in her life.
You see the point the cops realize they are dealing with a Karen:)
This young lady is batting 1.000.
I think that was her BAC as well
What a dirty animal that drunk was.
The video I watched did not result in an arrest for DWI... They arrested her essentially for not letting them do whatever they wanted without resistance, which is a growing problem.
Amendment number 4 is almost completely nullified. This video is just more evidence of it.

She’s definitely not “rich” 😂😂😂 She goes to the University of Missouri & drives a 20 yr old Honda SUV. At best she’s an upper-middle class kid.
Even if she drove a brand new BMW. I wouldn’t consider her rich either.
Did they actually find alcohol? This is a suspenseful cliffhanger! Can't wait for the next episode!
Honestly, the cops were obnoxious and condescending from the start. Who knows if they actually found a bottle and didn't just lie about seeing one or saw a bottle of something else and just said it was vodka in order to search the car. They never mentioned a DUI or anything at end of video, only battery charges
“Put your butt right back there.”
Mom energy 😂
Wow... She is crazy!
18....let that sink in.....we'll see this future lawyer down the road in a similar situation im sure of that.
Ive seen the full video. Its BRUTAL.
She's not wrong tho. People in the comments really don't understand what rights they have and these cops never witnessed her driving so they had no right to make contact with her in the first place. If she lawyers up, all charges will be dismissed.

Another product of parents not telling their kids NO and not disciplining them.
well, she's a MIZZOU student, that explains EVVERRRRRTHING
you can OPENLY buy babies?
Depending on the state you live in an officer does have to have your permission to search your vehicle. Saying that though when they say they have probable cause it's a loop hole for them to search it. If they didn't see the bottle they would've said they smelled it on her breathe.
This is what happens when you don't discipline your kids.
I’ve passed two sobriety tests. One in Lincoln, Nebraska & one in Tampa, FL.

No slurring of words. No stumbling. No glossy eyes. Very alert & coherent.
Clearly not under the influence... But keep fishing beyond the initial reason given for the stop until they demand their rights be respected, then attack them for demanding their rights be respected and arrest them for ancillary charges when they don't simply lay back and let you attack them for demanding their rights be respected.
She could have handled it better, then again there shouldn't have been anything to handle, because they should have just let her go once they could see that she was obviously not under the influence, which again, was the initial reason for the stop.
If there was a bottle of vodka in the car and she had the intent of drinking from it, she at least had the presence of mind to not drink it until she got back home. (It's also not necessarily her bottle of vodka, it hasn't necessarily been opened and her parents could have left it in the car from a holiday party or something.)
In any case, it always sickens me watching cops group together to perform the mental gymnastics necessary in attempting to justify trumped up charges like they were doing at the end of this video, because it's the opposite of what they all swore an oath to do as cadets.... They were enjoying themselves harassing that girl. It's depraved.
No victim, no crime.... It's not supposed to be 'guilty until proven innocent' like this.
... That's operating off of what's shown in this obviously heavily edited video... I retract if the full version shows different......

Ok, but can’t we all at least admit that Leo’s have used the probable cause line to seek for anything that may look bad on civilians? I mean, this is kinda BS….
Some have. Most haven't. They didn't even know her, nor cared about her, until people called in and complained. She was seen swerving! How are police to investigate if she is wrong or right if she inhibits wilfully an investigation, clearly not wanting them to find the open bottle? If there was no bottle, she didn't need to resist. Common sense and logic is your friend, not hatey feelz against ALL cops.
Yeah and "we've had complaints" is super nebulous and could be a flat out lie
I know the law I looked it up lol. My generation is so stupid
Did not appear intoxicated. How about a breathalyzer first? I think the cops assumed and pushed too far. Like to see what came later.
She had a bottle of vodka in her car...that's what kicked off their suspicions....
Multiple reports of erratic driving followed by observing the bottle in the car is enough, and I have zero issues with that. You can't perform field sobriety tests on someone who's freaking out like she was. You get her under control and wait till your back at the station where it's safe. Vote Democrat much?
@@zachfarrell234"uhm, yeah law enforcement?.. I'm calling to report that Zach Farrell was stumbling into his car and then swerving on the road. I think I also saw him SA a girl before he did that. His plate number is 1233455d. I have no real evidence, but Please go get him anyway. Thanks."

Swerving all over the road would generally lead to a search for alcohol or drugs
@jrobbin24 but they never saw he swerve
@@jrobbin24 it was 7:00 am, the girl was clearly not intoxicated and they didn’t see her swerving. Again, no probable cause.
@roul3688 someone called her vehicle in. That is enough to talk with her. Once they see the open container, that is all they need to take her. I suggest you watch the whole video before saying stupid things like she wasn't intoxicated. They ended up having to hogtie her pretty much because she was so insane.
@@3-2bravo49First off, the police never expose the alleged bottle of vodka, it’s nowhere in the video. Second, alcohol is not illegal. Police can’t search you because you just bought a 6-pack from the gas station. She in no way sounds impaired.

Thank-you so much again for your early morning videos!
Bad policing, what's the charge? Someone called in? LOL
After the open container is viewed, they have probable cause. The fact that someone made a call about her is bad enough and was all they needed to begin talking with her. After they see the bottle, that's all they need to take her in. Watch the whole video. The chick goes nuts. They gave her every chance to chill out
Admit it, you drive drunk on occasion, right?

Swerving, you know on the road like maybe she had been drinking or texting
They can investigate reckless driving any time. Also they found her behind the wheel. If youre intoxicated you cant even be in the drivers seat
SWERVING. Not swearing. You know, driving a car going all over the place. Also handcuffed for falsely believing the cops can't search her vehicle, despite probable cause and witnessing an open bottle of Vodka inside the car, then refusing to follow legal orders. Then we have spitting and biting officers. Would you walk around with this young child driving drunk near to you, unable to even stay in lane?
@piouswhale can't be in the passenger seat too if you have the car keys on you.
They found the real criminal. 100% there are addicts and drug dealers standing near all the highways, but let's better ruin a girl's life over an alleged bottle of vodka.
Alleged? Lol. The idea is to stop her before she runs someone over making her a “real criminal”
Actions have consequences. If you don't want your "life ruined", don't do things that can potentially ruin your life.
The number of people in these threads that just blindly believe whatever the cop says, without really paying attention themselves with a sense of critical thought is alarming.

She was detained because she became non-compliant.
