I am still deciding between the Dewalt toughsystem because I am in and out, here and there. Packout seems good as a general storage and transport, not so much as an access. Can anyone agree or persuade me back to red?!

A dolly is fine for inside your garage, doesn't do much good when you hit a set of stairs.
