Enjoyed that. Have never committed to the start of Yellow Dot, for fear of doing what your mate did - the camera sanitises the difficulty so much. 26" hardtail moderates poor decisions at Whancliffe - my big bike never goes there.
Yea it was nuts, heard it clear as day from the top of the trail 🤢 yes that last jump on Alec and Thora I always end up staring at the rocks as I go over it, try not too but can't help it as I always think I'm gonna land right in them....next time I'll try and look further forward 🤷🤣🤣🤣
Yellow Dot is hard so big up for going down it 👊, however you have started it halfway down as it's crossing the fire track . It starts well above that and it's pretty hard to find .The Start is as bad as that again 🙈it's a track that scares the shit out of me . The Unknown track is the original Wharncouver Line "Curry D" by the looks of it . Anyway great videos as always 😁
Yea Mark told us that Yellow Dot starts further up and that it was even more death ☠️ god knows how people ride down it 🤣 I thought we had diverted off triple X as i know the big rock drop you mean, she's a big old drop too. Didn't realise peaty's was called hollies bush, I've just gone of Strava and or trail forks to get the names For some reason though a lot of the trails are named different depending on whether or not you record an analogue or bike ride. 🤷 Cheers for watching and commenting mate, appreciated 👍
It is and I frequently do it, warming up on the less mental stuff on the way in. It's a long way away and I believe a lot enter from Deepcar end to ride this if driving. Even parking part way up Jawbone is probably a better option if just heading for this.
I think they've stopped now but loads of trees felled and trails gone. The section where no human and nemba ( I think they were called) where have all gone.
Big smash mate! Glad hes ok! Some great riding as well 👍
Cheers dude 🍻 he's still suffering with whiplash and a bad back apparently 😮 could have been much worse though to be honest.
Mark and his Yellow dot warm up 😂
Think he likes scaring people 🤣

Cheers mate 👍 ye the camera definitely doesn't paint a true picture of that trail, steep and Gnarly. Fair play to those that ride it 👏
Some mega riding on some mega tech!
It's one of my favourite riding spots, especially when conditions are as prime as they where 🤟
Mate that was some clunk!! 😱😱 Glad he was ok 👍🏽 that 3rd jump first time down Alec and Thora was close 😂😂

it looks like you must have gone off Triple X just before the rock drop and gone on to Truffle Shuffle
Peatys trail is Hollies Bush , sorry not trying to sound clever or like a know-all either if it seems like that ,which it probably does
Top half is horrible 😂😂😂,I like to avoid that 😂 ...didn't want to take them on the full Yellow Dot

@@OfftheTopMTB Always watch them dude 😁🤙
My local. Absolutely not doing yellow dot
Awesome to have as your local mate! Yea think I'll be swerving that trail for the foreseeable 🤣
Is this stuff rideable from greno car park?
I would think so but I don't know where greno car park is, only been there twice and both times rode over from Wharncliffe.

Any chance of sharing the what3words please? Id love to go ride it ❤
It's at Wharncliffe
Are they not logging in there?
I think they've stopped now but loads of trees felled and trails gone. The section where no human and nemba ( I think they were called) where have all gone.
That’s bad news
Yea it's a shame, I reckon they'll be new trails built in there place, it's really opened the hillside up.
@@OfftheTopMTB no doubt it will rebuilt.
By the way, Great edit and good riding 🤙
@@rjw1974 yea I'm sure it won't be long.....cheers buddy 🤟
