Rush when I told everyone in my class that "Rushcam is my favorite youtuber/personality" everyone (including my teacher) was shocked that I'd enjoy watching such a "Boring person." I ignored that.
Nowadays we're so caught up with the fake, overly dramatic display of personality through social media for the sole purpose of 'fitting in or trying to feel accepted.'

Thank you Rushane. So many things I have done in my past I decided 8 yrs ago after being betrayed as I see it, I made my circle extremely small. Sad too say, people know what they do & as long as you agree, you make yourself a victim. Self- betrayal is the correct way to label it. I think you have pushed me in a place, I need to be, thank you Rushane ❤

The ebbs and flows of life...That story was the one that went straight to my heart. From Law to RUclips. I'm glad he followed his gut. Many times when we are left alone with our thoughts and don't have to find the energy to be everything to and for everyone around us, that's when these revelations about how we're truly feeling hit us. When people say things about others they often speak from a place of ignorance. They truly don't want to deal with the reality of the fullness of the answer they might hear. Notice persons rarely ask you, "How are you?"; instead they ask, "Yuh good?" Automatically one kind of forces you to say yes because you don't want to damper anyone's mood. Straight to the point and done. We've stigmatised therapy and mental issues so much in this society...it's a shame. There's so much to unpack and many people "close to you" fail to see that. There are also times when you say things over and over to persons and they hear, but don't listen. There are triggers and sources! We have to identify them and address them, outside of and away from the very persons and things that created them. When he said he had to set boundaries with his friend, the words "give yourself a chance to be great" came to mind.
Don't worry guys, I got emotional for you. I loved every bit of this.

😢 I’m not sure where to start but I’ll say...This message gave me the push I needed to give myself a fighting chance. (To be honest I listen to this message like 3times). My God I didn’t realize how deeply hurt and voided I’ve been lately, I didn’t know that there were layers to this “depression” thing that I struggle with daily, I didn’t know it could be dissolved, by just make in up my mind not to save face! I think for me honestly, whenever i hear the word therapy or therapist I become afraid to do it, because in my mind I’m looking at it as another betrayal etc. However , after listening to “rushcam” it made me really understand and accept or choosing to see a better outcome or a better version of myself. Gosh this hit really different. And I definitely will be doing more and not saving face. I long the day I started to feel free mentally, emotionally, and spiritually! Thank you! 😢
