Yes that was great I didn't realize that UTI would not let you select E Coli so that makes sense to type in the infection first. Thanks alot for this. If you have a procedure to do as a spinal surgery that would be great to watch. thanks

Thank you so much for sharing! For some reason, I was having a tough time coding neoplasms through the encoder. I just needed to select "unspecified morphology - specified site" to get to the screen I wanted, it turns out.

@@geedee2682 make sure to study and practice PCS coding (Books on Amazon are cheap and gtg for this) study the PCS guidelines in 3M and revisit ICD 10 coding. You'll be coding way more DX's and picking up way more history, drug history, and additional secondary dx codes along with procedures.
