Thank you so much for sharing! For some reason, I was having a tough time coding neoplasms through the encoder. I just needed to select "unspecified morphology - specified site" to get to the screen I wanted, it turns out.

@@geedee2682 make sure to study and practice PCS coding (Books on Amazon are cheap and gtg for this) study the PCS guidelines in 3M and revisit ICD 10 coding. You'll be coding way more DX's and picking up way more history, drug history, and additional secondary dx codes along with procedures.

I’m doing the same thing after doing SDS and OBS for 7-8 years and I’m terrified! lol any tips?
