Also, notice how when the man in balloon releases it from his box when he reached the ground? Pilots in the area were already gone because the no-fly zone was already in effect for a 15 square mile radius for 30 minutes. I am told the balloon was found 8 miles away when it landed in a man's backyard 18 minutes after its initial release.
