The reason for two standup calls is one internal standup meeting of the testing team in the morning and 2nd one in the evening with all stack holders. why in the evening? because in the evening due to the time zone of different countries and stack holders
god, thats how you should take interviews..amazed,what a brief explanation and questions ,he has asked .just wow gaurav has a indepth knowledge about the agile and manual aswell ,thats good ,but sometimes it will create problems ,because he is explaining too much about the stuff and that will trap him in the another non related questions,,like in sanity vs smoke there was no need of explaining ETL concept ,he just ran away from the topic .also might be fishy when he said about the count of sprint in his whole career😉,apart from this ,,brilliant guy ,,and this is one of the best interview i have seen...
this guy explain in too much no need to explain in depth just give answers in simple and sort way...Even Gaurav also don't know the agile ceremonies its very simple question....But apart from its good.
The interviewer is very professional

Hi, for automation tester role(selenium java), will they ask java coding questions?
@@Sreelakshmi-xj8vn yes they will ask basic level coding questions
@@xyz9990 could you pls an example.. Because i am preparing for such a role and not too good at java.
This was more like manual testing interview. Rather than automation interview
