How I Damage the UNIDEN-BEARCAT 996P2 Scanner

My bright idea paid dividends, what happens when you connect a splitter adapter cable to two of your electronics units and use them simutaneously
! I did not get the memo! now this usit is going to cost me another $95 to repair :{

Smartest move is to send it to the Uniden Professional technicians and let them to fix it! Never,Ever connect a transmitter (TYT8900) To the input of a Receiver (Uniden BCD996P2)!!!! When the transmitter is keyed (PTT button pressed) it will instantly fry the front end of the receiver.... Just DON'T DO IT!
