Hi. Are you using the same model? It should work if you follow the instructions as shown in video. Unfortunately there are no other alternatives for doing this. Please try one more time by turning it off and on again.

I found a much easier way. Please follow below steps:
1. Turn ON the printer and make sure Wi-Fi Blue light is ON
2. From your Laptop (Windows 11 or more) , Wi-Fi connections and you will see Wi-Fi name like XXXXX-G3000
3. Connect to it. Password is your Printer Serial number (9 Alphanumeric) printed on the backside sticker.
4. In Laptop, go to Printers & Scanners, Click Add device. It will install the required software.
5. Open the document you want to print and select the Printer you just installed.
