We understand the soreness of his scalp. What i recommend is lightly oil the scalp the night before you scratch and scratch is scalp more frequently so the build up isnt like this. Keep the hair shorter as well. There were also a lot of flakes already scartched up but wasnt removed. Please remove the flakes

As for the dandruff we tried everything & it seems to just come back when it wants to. But I think it’s because he doesn’t drink enough water , so he’s been drinking it & his scalp looks clean & free from dandruff!

You have a fungal infection on ur head. Get anti fungal shampoo and within 3 months ur scalp should be good. My husband had the same thing even the sores. ❤
It's actually harder on his scalp and hair with the tiny comb she's using. The teeth are harder and shorter and way too close together to try to pull through strands of curly hair. She thinks she can comb through someone's head with an eyebrow comb. Think people, think.
That’s not true for everyone. I see other ppl use the eyebrow comb successfully. All eyebrow combs aren’t made the same, neither are hair types… think beyond yourself.. think.

Use purified water to wet his scalp to help soften the flakes making it easier to remove from the scalp.
Aloe vera gel from the grocery store keep it in the refrigerator it will soothe the scalp
